This is THE BEST fluffy gluten-free bread I've ever had. Tastes like white bread. Amazing. I messed up and forgot to add in lemon juice and the oil. Was having a rushes day. But I poured them right into the mix while in the laof pan and stirred and it still came out perfect! Thank you for this recipe!

When should I remove from pan and parchment? When cooled fully? Dont want parchment to stick.

I did not use lemon juice the first time and it did not rise properly. It still.tasted good tho. But even I used the lemon juice it came out fluffy and perfect. Lemon juice I believe activates the baking powder to help it rise.
