    What about unsweetened coconut products at the first stage? Like coconut milk and yogurt and dried coconuts?

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  3 роки тому +1

      Hi! Yes, totally fine! Indeed, I should have included coconut puree and coconut milk in the list as they're quite sweet 😊Thanks for reminding!

      Coconut puree/butter (Manna or blended shredded coconut) is my go-to sweet treat. I don't need anything else. If I am really in for a sweet treat I warm up the coconut puree to get it liquid and add some carob powder. If I want it even smoother, I would add some liquid coconut oil. Then I fill it in an ice cube container and put it in the fridge to set (or freezer if I want to have a faster treat). It's heavenly!

    Thank you for that examples they are so helpful for me ! Didn't expect that carob might be possible on candida diet, i just excluded all sugars to make it easier. And what about coconut sugar and coconut aminos ( i don't use them now) but the GI and GL are pretty low ( carob has much higher GL for example ) . And xylitol ,doesn't it kill all bacteria (good and bad one) ?

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  3 роки тому +1

      Hi! Please read more on each sweetener (including xylitol) from blog post bit.ly/low-glycemic-sweeteners Coconut sugar's glycemic load is as high as that of refined sugar. As far as carob goes not all sugars are bad -- we can't put all carbohydrates into the same pot (as a figure of speech). Carob is also rich in fibre and therefore the carbs won't cause blood sugar spikes. I hope this helps!

    Why is carob powder allowed on a candida cleanse? After all it is rather high in sugars (mine has 40g/100g, 49g carbohydrates in total plus 40g fiber). How about Maca powder? It is lower in sugar (31.5g/100g, 54g carbs, 21g fiber)?

      Hi! Not all sugars are bad -- we can't put all carbohydrates into the same pot (as a figure of speech). Carob is also rich in fibre and therefore the carbs won't cause blood sugar spikes. Maca powder is OK to have but it is not sweet, so it won't serve as a sweetener.

    I must be on the right track almond butter is very sweet for my taste I buy it from kroger and the only ingredient is almonds. Is it possible to have too much almond butter? Sometimes I eat beans or legumes or almond butter or quinoa and irritates my face like it gets inflamed is this normal for candida?

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  3 роки тому

      Hi! Almonds can be allergenic if you're sensitive to those. For more info: emeraldcoasturgentcare.com/almond-allergy-symptoms/ Legumes are not suitable for everyone while on Candida cleanse. So I suggest watch those quantities or try not consuming them for a while to see if anything changes.

    Hai... Do coconut water good for candida killing? Pls reply mam...

    • @nutriplanet
      @nutriplanet  3 роки тому

      Hi! Coconut contains caprylic acid that has a prominent anti- fungal action. However, this is in whole coconut, coconut cream, and coconut oil and not in the coconut water. Fermented coconut water is beneficial for your gut as it contains probiotics.

    • @sylvierockel6843
      @sylvierockel6843 3 роки тому

      @@jyothichutturi81 Coconut water does not contain any anti-fungal properties and therefore will not "kill the candida" per se. However, it can be still beneficial for your overall immunity, gut and overall health (www.healthline.com/nutrition/7-health-benefits-of-water). Caprylic and lauric acid, the active ingredients in coconut oil, coconut milk and coconut meat (all containing these fatty acids) dissolve the cell membrane of candida and therefore help killing candida. Clear now?
