Pretty sure the net profits are bottom dollar. Sales are great. Net profiits are what matters more. Note they never mention that in this episode. That's probably because it's ridiculously low. I may be wrong but it's very likely.
@@keyquestions he be having a huge ceo salary, regardless of net profit, also he can sell it later at a good price regardless of his net profit, since big companies will buy for the customers base and they tweak with profits anyway to make it better, and huge sales means great customer base. also he is sourcing them in a third world country, the production prices are low

Actually no. A name is super important for the pr success of it. She didn't have a good feel about the name which means that she felt another flower brand is more attracting. It's a solid reason

Wow, oh my goodness, he proved the sharks were wrong to say 'am out' to his business. From $750,000 in sales to $88million in just 3yrs. If only one of the sharks had invested, or given him a loan at the time, that shark will be swimming in $$$millions. I love the faith this guy has in his business...WOW!!

I've actually worked with BOUQS (Call Center - Customer Service) here in The Philippines. It was great, but the problem was it wasn't stable. Once valentines was done they had to remove people, then hire again if something seasonal is coming up
Sounds like a great business to me lol. Seasonal employment to match the demands of the business.
@@msawmusic I'm talking as an EMPLOYEES perspective. Here in the philippines we are not allowed to have 2 jobs. When those employees got fired they had to look for another job again and start from SCRATCH

Love this idea! I have been sucked in to $19.99 - $39.99 supposed deals and they end up being $60-$90 and that when I choose a less ideal day, not a priority day.

barbara: the flowers are near a volcano, and volcanos go kabum, and since I was a little child, I was afraid of kabum, for that reason: I'm out

I saw some reviews from people that have actually received flowers from this company. Too many said that they didn’t get what they paid for. Then customer service said that the pictures don’t translate to what you’re going to get it’s just for inspiration. And that instead of getting a refund or a replacement they ended up just getting a $10 off coupon for a next order. That’s a little scary.

1. He do well by his own but Robert change from well to 88mil. 2. No investor talk down him at all, no one say it is him or his fault. He got rejected by same reason as everybody, IT JUST NOT WORTH THE RISK mean actually money reason nothing personal.

I lived in Colombia and my father used to work with the flower industry as a supplier, to see the salaries these people are paid makes me a little bit mad about the numbers they are mentioning, im all for that if you take chances and see business o, and be millionaire, great, but in Ecuador as in Colombia you can pay like 5-8 people with what you could pay 1 american, so is astonishing that with these revenues they pay so little, and then they wonder why people dont want to do their jobs

many flower companies source their flowers from Ecuador. I purchased from 3 different flower companies for my wedding and they all used flowers from Ecuador.

It's a scam, there is already a company called first in flowers. They ship international, and they make any local florist arrange into their own bouquet for you.
