Buss up shut is an extremely flat, soft and flaky bread that is beaten with a long wooden spatula near the end of its preparation. This process makes the bread easy to shred or tear apart its layers to enjoy your curry dish. In Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 it’s called Buss up shut…….some folks also call it buss up shut skin or roti skin

As a Trinidadian myself, to me Janelle could of won by a mile if she didn't make two clear mistakes, using chicken breast and not have any curry sauce, cuz when I first saw it, I was like yep that's dry, and ontop of being dry she serve it with roti skin and I was scared someone was gonna choke 😅😂😂😂
I want to give a tip to trinidadians especially who are facing with diabetics take 1 kg of bitter guard and 1 kg of NEEM leafs make chutney take a bowl pour little by little and stand in the bowl and start doing crushing and pour entire paste in the bowl slowly do it like 10-15minutes and you see while you are crushing paste in the bowl your sense bitterness in your tongue do it 4 days . Later you see that there is no need for insulin your sugar will get controlled. This thing will help you in get rid of kidney infection,clears blood. Try guys and get rid of SUGAR naturally.

All the food looked good to me, and I loved how nobody was being rude and scoring low just for the sake of winning.
