@@olegvorkunov5400 We get many questions about waterproof cases, and one day we may look seriously at waterproof cases, but for now, it's not really 'in our wheelhouse'
Great overview, if I decide to get a Pocket 3 I'll be ordering this hard case before the Pocket 3 even arrives.

Colin, I have two questions. 1. What is the safest way to remove the Pocket 3 from this Case? I have had to either push up on closed screen of pull on gimbal arm - neither seem safe - your suggestion? 2. Over heating concerns, with this case will heat from Pocket 3 be able to dissipate? This is a big concern. Thanks for your experience mate.
Nice case and more usable that original from Dji. I will make a note of it and might get one.

I got mine yesterday, I’ve also got the pro. Would have been nice if they’d added a couple of cold mounts on the side just like the pro.

Looks great, I was looking for something that might protect the camera better. I like that you can have it in the case and still use it. I was thinking of being able to hang it from my belt with some kind of quick release
Hi John, our new Pro Cases have those features.
The slim version form is nicer except that it doesn’t cover the entire gimbal and buttons.
I have the pro case for the Pocket 3 with the extended battery. The case is almost perfect except for one important short coming. The gimbal cover doesn't close properly when the wide angle lens is attached to the gimbal. Making it a few mm wider would have solved the problem. I have been in touch with their support and confirmed it. There were a few emails back and forth and once I brought it up, they went silent. Haven't figured out a good place to put the wide angle attachment yet because it is a bit hard to reach in to take it out from inside the gimbal cover without touching the lens. As the magnets are strong (strong magnets are good), but its just hard to reach in without touching the lens.
Hey Daniel, when the Pocket goes into the stowed with lens or filter position, the problem is that there is no magnetic lock like in the standard stowed position, so the gimbal will go loose after a short time. Same as in the previous Pocket 2.
As lenses and filters are different sizes, our Design Team decided to avoid having a loose gimbal head bumping around and preferred the more secure standard magnetically held stowed position.
Hi Scotty. Thanks for the reply. I see. I can understand now why the design decision was made. I'll prob not keep the wide angle lens attachment inside the Pro case as taking it out with my middle finger and thumb is a real pain. And I'm not willing to just sweep it out with my first two fingers as I might touch the lens. Its a habit I've formed over years of photography and handling lenses. I'll have to think of an alternative place to put the wide angle attachment.@@ScottyMakesStuff

Is heat dissipation an issue? Have you had overheating issues?
We tested this with a thermal camera and found that the cased Pocket was slightly cooler than the bare Pocket. We have a video of the test on our channel
