Yes I think they are perfect but that’s just my opinion. Love the stance but others may want wider.

I have a 2014 bmw 550i xdrive msport, do i need 12mm on the front and back or do i need the same sizes you used? I think the all wheel drive uses the same size all around...

great vid i have a 2014 f10 535 and was wondering about spacer sizes. this vid helped me decide the proper size. my only question is...im running stock suspension, is your car running stock suspension? if not will those sizes affect my stock suspension and maybe rub? thanks in advance

Would these be fine for an 08 sedan 335. And is the alignment issue from the spacers or was an alignment just needed ?
They have different widths depending on your preference. Alignment needed because we lowered the car.
Great video, looking at spacers right now for my 2007 BMW 530i, what size wheels and tires you running now with the spacers? Just bought ESR SR12 18 X 8.5 front and 18 X 9.5 rear 5X120 35/40 wheels and 245/40/18 front and 275/35/18 on rear tires. Wondering if I could use same side wheel spacers you installed. I haven't lowered the car yet, just trying to get an idea. Thanks...

I bought these initially but was told these would vibrate with this size spacers SMH I was conflicted so returned them for 5mm I’m waiting for them to come in any issues since installing?
Never heard that on burger tuning spacers. I haven’t had any issues

Did you find the spacers lessen the wheel well gap a little?
I don’t think it physically lessens the gap size but bringing out the tire allows the gap size to stand out more to the eye.

I like to drive pretty aggressive with my 550 and have fun. Just want to make sure they are safe all around. Have you had any problems or issues since installing your spacers?
You and me both! I drive pretty aggressive as well and haven’t had any issues with the spacers.

I think as long as as your purchasing quality spacers like the burger tuning, you should be fine. We sold the car and bought an R8 so as far as longevity of the spacers I would not know. I know others have had their spacers for years without issues .

They would definitely rub. I’m cutting it close with 15

I have a 2011 BMW328i N93 I was told I could fit 18mm rear and 15mm front without rub. Thoughts

@@ThicGarage I went with 20mm rear and 12mm front and it looked great. If anything I could have gone with 10mm front. I sold that car and now have a 2013 335i e55 n93 and want to do the same thing. Just need to figure size out.
What do the spacers do?...make the tire stick out?
Yes. Gives a better stance and also improves handling a bit.
Do spacers add performance to the car ?
Not really maybe very little since it gives you a little wider stance. gives it a better look though.
Will this fit a bmw 528i Xdrive
I’m pretty sure the lug pattern is the same.
Crazy I’ve never seen lug nuts that look like that.

In the future you don’t need that much antisieze and you want it inside the cone part also. Good video but then music the entire time was extremely annoying. Did you get any rubbing after these? I have lowered neo max coil overs I’m afraid of rubbing if I use these spacers on mine
Just got to end of video where you said you lowered yours also. Yea curious if you have any rub issues
A little more doesn’t hurt. No rub issues with neomax coilovers on our set up.

@@ThicGarage a little more CAN hurt when the rotor heats up and spins it all over your brake pad surface. Ask me how I know….. you didn’t use that much excess however. Just wanted to make note. I’m glad I found someone that had same coil overs and used spacers…. Thanks for the quick replies! Happy New Year!

@@ThicGarage . I just purchased a 15 535i xdrive and was thinking of getting the 10mm for front and 15mm for rears since I have the 19s M sport wheels. I believe you have the 18s M sport wheels correct? Plus I hope it's not too much for the offset as I feel 10mm and 12mm wouldn't be that much different so I'm going for the 10mm front and 15mm rears.

ThicGarage nice rims. I found the style number, it is style 386 i want to put the 18 inches style 386's on my f20.
Odd that you recommended the spacers.
Most folks on UA-cam and engineers agree that spacers are bad for any vehicle. Simply because these wear bearing down so quickly.
Thus look not worth the cost down the road.
I don't understand the usefulness of putting grease between the spacer and the wheel hub! It only serves to accumulate dirt. It is sufficient to clean the support surfaces thoroughly. In addition, the BMW alloy wheel nuts must be tightened with a torque wrench at 120Nm, not like you did with the bolt splitting tool !!
