@@ChurchTrombonist 63. Me, too. Awesome you love them and this music. I look at society and today am sad for many reasons. Sooooo many will never experience joy and tears from fantastic entertainers!!!
@@FM19MONTH well said! I'm 34 and as old school as they come in all aspects of life!
Hello Judi, How are you doing today?
@@ChurchTrombonist I am 18, love these legends. They are all awesome in their own respects. I wish I could have seen Waylon in concert but he died before I was born.
Waylon’s vocal range is astounding definitely one of the greatest country performers ever!

I came to know Waylon's voice from a PBS special on the Highwaymen. I am hooked and was so sad to learn that he passed. He is now in Heaven entertaining the angels with his wonderful mellow voice!

❤2024❤
harmonica player is on point
Chłopak grający na harmonijce jest rewelacyjny. Google zawodzi w tłumaczeniu.
What can I say, I don't like country, but words can't rescribe how much I love this. Highwaymen Concert.!.
Sure miss these greats. Being that Willie’s the last survivor. This is no doubt the greatest country - rock band
Kris just retired, he isn’t dead.
He will always be a legend
Waylon Jennings is far and away the best artist in my book!
Same here, by far. Sure miss him
Waylon... Theme tune singer and narrator to the original Dukes of Hazzard!
Waylon was definetley a BAD ASS,what a voice, loved his music
The guy on harmonica seems to be Mickey Raphael, who worked with many singers/bands and only played harmonica. The rest of the highwaymen are all my favorites but especially Kris.
What a beauty of a song

This i pretty good song mate !
Great group... We miss you old country music... They are the best of the best... New country music is a p....sh.........
This was new country in the 70s so stfu boomer
Lmao. Yeah I agree. But listen to Long White Line by Sturgill Simpson and I promise it'll put a smile on your face. Tyler Childers is worth a check too, you can hear the Appalachian in his music. And if you want that reeeal old school sound check out Colter Wall's Songs of the Plains.
Country now is too much hip hop
@@bostonbault6343 boomer or not, he is right. Actually the music made during the boomer generation is by far the most diverse, complex and meaningful ever made only topped by the classical music. So you should stfu and start learning what good music is.
@@andreistefanstancea9296 the music made in the boomer generation wasn't all good. That's what u seem to forget, or don't realize because u didn't grow up in that time. Remember that when waylon and willie were at their prime in the 70s, the country music made by other artists was nothing but artificial pop music, artists such as Ronnie Milsap, Glen Campbell and Tom Jones were putting out pure sellout music in this same exact generation, yet u ignore them and pretend like every country and rock singer was as good as these people. As a matter of fact, the country music today is no different than back then, only difference is there aint a couple of good singers in the genre like there was back then. If u wanna talk about music in general though, today's music is a lot more diverse and raw due to record labels not forcing someone to be famous by signing to them, today anyone could put out music however they like it, and do it how they want because they don't have to worry about marketing their songs to the general population for the record label. U didn't seem to get my point anyway, in their time they were also criticized by older generations, because it's just a never ending pattern with yall.
He was the greatest!
Otro as del country jaja🤣☺🙂🙂😅🙂🙂
