- Welcome to the video guide for using Tattoo Pro - the most complete pack of Procreate Tattoo brushes!
This tutorial goes through each and every brush in the pack, including sketchers, liners, stipples, shaders, grains, whipshaders as well as our lettering grids
While the guide is meant to show our brush pack users how to get the best out of them, there are also loads of tips and tricks you can use when illustrating anything in Procreate (such as different methods on how to take control of which areas you are shading or colouring, or how to use reference layers). It also shows you how to use all of the pack's bonus content, such as body part templates, colour palettes or Instagram frames.

Happy inking :)
extra tip, instead of color dropping by dragging from the corner color circle for each drop, click "continue filling with recolor" at the top after the initial color drop and it will allow you to then just click where you want to drop color continuously. thanks for this video! might actually buy this set
Blown away! Thank you for the brushes BUT even more so the candid information on the proper ways to use them in comparison to real life application. As an older guy I’ve been kinda surprised at the rudeness I’ve encountered from some folks I’ve tried to engage with, seeking to further my knowledge of the new fangled technologies available now and how they apply to practical application. Very Helpful again thanks man, you are appreciated!
Thanks so much for the comment - it really means a lot! And I hear you - but rest assured, there's some fantastic people out there that get a huge kick out of swapping info and tips and tricks etc ... even the best artists or designers never stop learning either! We're looking at doing a bunch of quick, focused tutorials that simply get to the point over the next while (as we're only really getting started with video content) - so if there's anything you'd particularly like to see, shout it out :)
you deserve more view!!!!!!!!!this is so detail!
Thanks so much - really appreciate that! We're still kinda getting started on the social / UA-cam stuff, so figuring all that out as we go :D
I haven’t finished the video but I had to pause to say thank you
Thanks so much! Hope it helps - just ask if anything is unclear :)
Nice❤️
Thanks so much 😊
Hi, is there another option how to buy this set? I am little bit scared to add card information into this website. Maybe any directly? Thank you
Nevermind, I was soo excited so i bought it :D
Haha! You beat me to it - delighted you grabbed the pack and hope you like it :) We're using one of the most popular payment systems so, rest assured, it should be as safe as it gets :) @@yumikovabublina
How do we purchase this set of brushes please?
Hi Jordyn! You can get the brushes at DesignCuts:
www.designcuts.com/product/tattoo-pro-procreate-brushes/?ref=tonyharris
- thanks :)
Hello, how do i install the brushes onto procreate i have purchased the pack but it keeps taking me to my one drive
Hey James - thanks for getting the pack! So to install the brushes you need to make sure the downloaded zip file is unzipped first so yo can see all the individual brushset files. Are you using Onedrive on iPad? If so, if you navigate to where you have the brushsets saved (on iPad) you should be able to long press on one, then choose share, then select Procreate and it should send and install the brushes. (If you're having problems with Onedrive, I suggest you transfer the files to the Files app on the iPad itself and try to install from there as we know that works perfectly every time.) If you've any more issues, just contact us through the site and we can help you from there!
Thanks man all sorted now haha@@GreenRoomIreland
Anything for Autodesk sketchbook though...
I’ve purchased the pack but I can’t download it « 403 forbidden »
Hey Keanu - thanks a mil for grabbing the pack! Sorry to hear you're having problems downloading it - you're trying to access it from your account on DesignCuts I presume?
Late to this one but in case anyone else has this problem, I think it's a safari issue. Switched to Chrome to download and that worked for me.
I can't install the pack. The download look very slow even if my connection is fast. Someone else has the same problem?
Hey there! Are you downloading directly to your iPad? I have had someone recently have a slow download like this, so if it's an option for you to download on Mac/PC (over WiFi) and then transfer the files to the iPad, it should be a smoother process!
Thanks for the quick answer! I've tried both ways but apparently on both devices the download look weirdly slow and at one point it stops, so I have to restart the process again, but without never fully get through@@GreenRoomIreland
How can I get the brushes?
Hey there! You can get the brushes exclusively from DesignCuts - the link is www.designcuts.com/product/tattoo-pro-procreate-brushes/?ref=tonyharris
Need i Pencil 2 ?
Either of the Apple Pencils should work fine! I use 2 myself but some of our testers were using the older one and didn’t have any problems :)
Sory, 29 usd big price for me, can pay 5 usd
isn't there anyone who uses IbisPaint instead ??
You talk very fast
And then the music on the background
is very disturbing, which makes it a pity that the actually interesting information is difficult to follow and some is lost. It is intended as information because it is very interesting. Greetings
Hey Marc - thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I think there's a couple of things we've looked to improve since doing this video (I think it was the second or third one we did) - but that obviously doesn't help you right now! So, a couple of things you can try:
1. You can turn on captions on UA-cam ('C' is the keyboard shortcut) - they're auto generated and not perfect but should help.
2. You can also slow down the video a little - click on the cog icon for settings and change the playback speed to .75 or .5 to slow it down.
3. And finally if you're watching using tablet / laptop speakers, try headphones (or vice versa) - it won't fix the problem completely, but will help a little.
Hope at least one of these was useful :)
