Finally seeing someone do a Mazda 3 and it coming out decent. I’ve needed ideas since I’m new to the community and I haven’t been able to find anything useful so thank you guys!
I have a feeling as time goes on the Mazda 3 of this era is going to be one of those forgotten gems that is going to be on peoples list, I certainly want one

Samir has a nice build. Gen 1s are such great daily drivers that you can easily build👍 also the black headliner really makes the interior looks premium how did he do the headliner black ?
Pulled it out and sprayed it with fabric black spray!
Did he have to pull the windshield to do that?
Can you explain a little more on the OBD2 install? I want to put mine in the same spot but I'm a little confused on what to cut out. Also will the heat/ac affect it?

Interior light is a good first little mod and it wasn’t a lot like 15$ I got red but I’m pretty sure he got bright led those looked nice to brighter then the original lights 🤣

Light switch was plastidiped as I did that way before the headliner and the sun visors I just spray painted with black paint lol
I have the mazda3 2006 model. Its original Clarion head unit sounds so much better than an android unit i installed. Was kind of glad the android screen went blank in less than a year - re-installed the Clarion.

My 08 is on her last summer. Sitting in the snow and salt 6 months a year since 13 years. Even the rust treatment is not enough. Will grab a 2018 gt lease return in two months for 17k.

Hey curious question. I want to replace my Bumper on my 08 Mazda 3, cause it's just so broken from being old and was hit 2 days before Christmas last year, so most of the taps are broken. But I thought to take the opportunity to switch to a S Model Bumper (The type in this video) but I'm not sure if a i Sport and a S Sport Bumpers can be swapped like that due to being slightly altered if that. If you know the answers I'd apperciate the response. (For record I did try Google and there's no clear answer or it's for different models/setups) Keep up the videos my dude. Love what he's done to his Mazda 3
As long as you dont mix (sedan onto hatch vice versa) then it'll work!

Ran the wires through the existing grommet from the OEM harness that leads into the cabin

How did he get oil temperature from the OBD II? I can't find it in OBD torque or other android apps.
Depends what your OBD reader can provide
That corks port intake caused my check engine light to come on for maf high input. Was driving me crazy I thought my maf sensor was bad.
Never had an issue myself, but interesting!

Put them in my car and I’ve loved them and had no issues.
I have a few video's covering Racelands.
In the end, they ended up being the worst thing to me. The ride quality after break in period was so bouncy it was actually kind of funny, one of the rear shock bushings tore out of the lower shock mount. Not impressed.

how did you get your lights to come on by themself whenever you start the car. i have to manually turn them on and off everytime
Higher trim levels came with an "auto" switch on your headlight selector.
Yo I got that same autool and was gonna put it in the same place but when he said “cut my vent” I assume he means he cut the vent doors off? But how did he run the cord from the top vent back through? Drill??
Basically drilled a hole from the upper vent into the lower vent and ran it inside like that,and ya remove the vent flaps and u may need to like just cut a tab inside or something

In his last mod list video he explained that since he kept the resonator, the drone wasn't bad.
