In necropolis it was the case that respawned monsters of ritual didn't drop extra. But shrines and strong boxes add more "native" monsters to the map. So those mechanics help get more out of the lantern.
i honestly don't remember what they did exactly and made the tree just incase. thanks for info. i also made sure to give this info that there is another option. i'll make another tree just incase edit: i've added another tree
Why are we assuming each map will have its own lantern? I was under the impression that we will all get the same lantern during the same hour for all things. Meaning when the chaos shows up it will be there for 1 hour and be the same for the campaign and ALL maps. Where is the idea that at the top of each hour we will need to be plugged into (discord, websites, forums, reddit) in the hopes of finding the map with divines and the whole community starts to farm that map as hard and fast as possible.
I wish you were right. But in the past for flashback events, they used almost same sentence where, instead of Necropolis mods, there were league mechanics such as 9x Breach, 3x Blight, and so on. They were rotating exactly as I mentioned.
@@Martem If this is the case, then the "league" just became the lamest thing, because everybody will just spam maps until good mod, it wouldve been thrilling to actually randomly for an hour get divines on all maps.
@@TheeRkoProduction There are two options/solutions for that. They should either do exactly as @fdoc2b said or, if they are going to do what I mentioned, they should reduce the drop chance of divine orbs from 3% (3%, 2%, 1%) to a flat 0.3-0.5%. edit: or completely remove divine drop chance from Necropolis mod pool.
We're using Ritual from the map device. So, Secular Focus doesn't have any effect on the map itself. On the other hand, the reason why we grab it is to remove the Ritual Scarabs from the drop pool
What i dont like about that is that you have to spam every map every hour, just to try to find the good mods. With that playstyle, you will get some no life gamer and group maximize this 24/7 and totally destroy the market in few days.
I absolutely agree with you. I guess the only counter would be a website that tells which map has divines, for example. People could use it either to feed the database to help others or just take advantage of what’s available. Even though I agree with you, I think the impact shouldn't be too significant if you are not playing in Standard.
@@Martem If the Divine lantern mod still exists and is present even 2-5 times a day in any map (and doesn't vanish after the first use), then it'll hugely impact the economy. If I recall correctly one map would grant between 10-20 divines. Depending on layout and clearspeed that would generate up to 600-1200 div/hr. That'll surely impact it
@@whyismyhandleshownwhen saying impact I wasn't talking about its impact on the event itself but long term effects on the game. Many people will still skip the event
In my opinion, none of us are pros, I will have my 8 favorite maps as always and I will just check each quickly and spam the best reward. The divine orb mod isn’t going to exist, they wont want the league to be destroyed like that
@@dustinwagner5902My friendly advice would be, if an event is listed on poe.ninja, it's best to check map prices every hour to see which ones have increased in price and check the mods of those maps

I think this is correct.

do not take secular focus if you wanna spawn rituals.
