The fact that I can almost physically feel exactly what he's describing in my own back as I watch this video tells me I'm on the right path or Mike's just that good at painting a picture lol
I’m 41. Former bodybuilder and I had so many injuries form all the years of lifting too much weight with all the wrong information that Mike talks about. Everything I do is what Mike does. It takes a lot of practice and I am so pissed I never figured this shit out when I was younger. I watch Mike everyday and implement all of these into my workouts and I am literally in the best shape of my life. People always ask me why I’m so big and I lift such light weight. It’s simple. Your doing it wrong! Engaging with constant tension is key. I stay away from bar workouts. Dumbbells and cables and machines is all I use. No more squats or deadlifts. Those days are over. I would literally fly out to Canada to train with this man. Even just to meet him would be an honor. Fuckin guy saved me from more injuries and I continue to get awesome results. Your the man Mike. Thank you for videos brother. Everything I do is what you do. Best decision I’ve ever made.
You have changed my entire style of lifting. Everything you say makes so much sense. Thank you for taking the time to do what you do. Hands down the best advice around. Your passion shows in the video's, please keep doing what you're doing.
I definitely like your style of teaching- no bs style. You’re legit no doubt. Lifters from all levels can gain something from watching your videos. Love it!
Good Lord... Just discovered this channel. The level of instruction is just fantastic. That said, translating this advice into my workouts is giving me massive anxiety, because Mike's approach is so nuanced! When I'm pulling, I am just sure I am probably not doing it right. I can hear him in my ear saying, "You're doing it fucking wrong!". Watching the session Mike did with Jujimufu, who clearly has a great physique, and yet Mike's still telling him his form is off - meaning he still has room for possible improvements. I have so much to learn.
Bruh. I was a professional hip hop dancer for years && have now lifted weights for almost 9 years. When I say you CHANGED the way I look at workouts and the FEELING I get while doing the motions.. it’s amazing. Question bro, have you ever taken dance lessons?? The way you hit that T Pain chest move when you describe opening the rib cage is FYE! 😂😂 love you dude 🔥
He's a real one for sure. The fact that he said "don't do that" to the "like and subscribe" instantly gained 10x more respect and admiration. Even though it would help the algorithm and promote his page more, still not a sheep. ✊️

Hey Mike since I've been watching your videos I can tell the difference on my lats shoulders and traps chest arms I really appreciate you I finally doing my workouts right.
Mike, your tips have worked for me ten fold. I agree, at some point I had to up my weights and lift explosively to hit those fast twitch fibers. Tucking my chin and rocking through the lats is everything
You are great at your craft and the way you explain things! Love your channel. Applying your tips has really made a difference in my training and results! Pretty quik!

I know that different things work for different people but everything I've seen on his videos and then implemented in my training just make's total sense for me. The real test come's when I've been training with his philosophy for a few weeks but I've got every faith that as long as I keep the intensity up then I will continue to grow. Love it, no bullshit just straight talk. WKD
I always look forward to to watching your videos Mike. Love the content, and great and easy to understand explanations of everything you do, and why you do it. Thank you.
I am 42 and I am not pro bb,but I think I get what you say cause since I started applying your tips, especially for chest and back, I can feel the muscles better and there is a visual improvement but the best for me is the mind muscle connection. That feeling is amazing! Thank you Mike

There’s so much more depth to doing something rather than just going through the motion or the same old Regurgitation u see on other bodybuilding channels

Learned a lot from your videos about training and mind muscle connection. Maybe it is a stupid request but can you make one video about abs movements (cable crunches, decline crunches, leg raises) you think are most efficient and can help with opening and expanding the rib cage, lifting the chest up. Or maybe some movements for strengthening the core. Thanks for all the tips and the time you invest in trying to explain everything. Keep it up !

I find myself watching this and as Mike is explaining the movements and doing them I'm catching myself doing the movement subconsciously 🤣🤣. The hardest thing to do is to implement these forms and movements with light to moderate weight.
I try and keep my chest up and have a slight arch to my back in pretty much all back exercises. Would you agree that is beneficial? I find it gives me the most success with back gains.
Great back session! You hit every point that there is for your back. It's nice to train back as your explaining how each movement works with each machine. Another epic video by the wycked man himself!

I cannot get my right lat to engage. I wonder if it’s a combination of having all this scar tissue build up around the shoulder and scapula from botched surgeries.
