In the 13 mins that race took the jumps wouldve been over. I see nothing wrong with showing multiple events on screen everybody worked hard to get to where they are at
Nico’s 3rd race of the day, 5th race of the weekend including prelims. He individually scored 24 points for his team. Prefontaine scored 20 points in his 1972 pac 12 champs, just the 3 mile and the mile, 3 races including prelims. Pre ran his 3 mile in 13:32, pretty equivalent to Nico’s 5k time, with a last lap in 66.8 which he “jogged” in. Suffice to say Pre would be very impressed with Nico, and you’re a boot-licking troll.
appalled from behind him. say what you will about shoes, training science, time trials and nutrition, but young's 5k PR is almost 25 seconds faster than pre's. ~150 meter gap on their respective best days
@@asullivan1988 I would venture that Nico's time adjusted for the 5,000 feet of elevation would be 13:40 or better for 5K. I agree that Pre would give props to Nico as well as Ben Perrin!
And you show the 5k but talk about the long jump and high jump and annoy us viewers who are trying to watch a 5k. Learn how to do broadcasting appropriately
I respect your complaint although I personally don’t have too much of a problem with them talking about BS as long as the race is on screen. HOWEVER, the channel that uploaded this video has nothing to do with the broadcast and your comment won’t be seen by anyone relevant to improving it
"He's sticking with Nico Young" --- umm, No, he's not.
Honestly, he did better than I thought he would.
That’s me
Let’s see if young can get close to making the Olympics
He probably will for the 10K
Just cover one event, if it was a marathon it would make sense but it is a 5k

@@dylandixon4058it’s called the Land of Running. They talked more about the high jump and triple jump as Nico was making moves.
what's the best combo of steroids and HGH is needed to make yoga easier?
Monty Python: "And NOW for something completely different..."
And not a "Gutsy" run. Jogged for 4700meters. Prefontaine would be appalled.
regionals and nationals are coming up dude

If you want people to actually watch track, cutting to field events during a longer distance event is a really good strategy imo
@@Sutwang but show the event don’t talk about it and show the race.
