      @@DruDuk You can't be this stupid. Have someone smarter than you show you how to do actual research, not just watch a frauditor video. Frank's case was dismissed by AZPOST seven years ago. you do know Deputy Sloup is on the Brady list __ Brady list, also known as a Potential Impeachable Disclosure, is a list of law enforcement officials who are considered unreliable or suspect because of some offense they have committed. The list is usually compiled by a police department or prosecutor's office and includes the names and details of officers who have had sustained incidents of untruthfulness, criminal convictions, or other issues that question their credibility.

    Not your usual FWF this time and it was nice to see the other side of things with the Prosecution side of the fence. One thing in particular you addressed was that so many people seem to think they know the law. I've always taught my Concealed Carry Students in the legal side of the class that if you're ever pulled over, the side of the highway is not a court room. If you think the officer is wrong, the place to argue that point is in court. Arguing on the side of the road will only serve to make matters worse both on the street and later when you do get to court.
    Well done Frank! And a big thanks to all of those who work with you in Pinal County.

      @peterknupfer6937 3 місяці тому +1

      True, the place to argue is court. But don't forget that Frank's job is to get a confession: he tries to get people to admit fault ("any idea why I stopped you?"), with his folksy demeanor and supposedly innocent questions about where one is going, or from, or if one has been drinking or smoking. NOBODY has to answer those questions. If you plan to contest the stop, then detailed conversation will be used against you in court BY FRANK.

      You should always take your traffic violations to court. Best case scenario, the cop doesn't show up and your charges get dropped. If the cop shows up, you tell the judge that you are there to plead guilty and throw yourself on the mercy of the court, and the judge will usually reduce the penalty by either giving you a lower fine or keeping the points off of your license. Worst case scenario, you end up paying the fine that you were always going to have to pay.

    I know this is not the platform, however, I spent a decade working with adjudicated youth, and I heard/read...too often..." That is not our problem." Depending on the bureaucracy we either are letting criminals go free time and again...or...we are all "stick" without any functional "carrot" to mitigate recidivism...Other countries do way better, we can most certainly do better as our program proved in the 90s. Some locations like Pinal County should be at the cutting edge of change like they have with Frank and how they affect proper law enforcement…As always, thanks to this channel, what they do, what Frank does and sharing it with the public...

First of all, I really appreciate that District Attorney, wanting to help those that can be helped but still holding them responsible while giving them tools to have a chance to improve themselves. Then when he said separate the dangerous, well that was the key point where I really liked him. Save who you can, separate and remove the ones you can't. One more reason to love Pinal County. I've planted seeds with my wife about moving there, I'd love to find some position with the Sheriff's office. To just shrug and pass on the costs to people who play by the rules is pretty aggravating.
      I think what surprised me was that the guy had his insurance card that showed his policy was valid but we found out his policy had been recently canceled. His insurance card isn’t something official, with a watermark or hologram, just a slip of paper he printed at home. There’s nothing for the cop to run, like a DL to show it’s valid. The cop looks at it…good enough, and sends him in his way. If there are laws about having proof of insurance we need something that can be verified.
