You should always take your traffic violations to court. Best case scenario, the cop doesn't show up and your charges get dropped. Some locations like Pinal County should be at the cutting edge of change like they have with Frank and how they affect proper law enforcement…As always, thanks to this channel, what they do, what Frank does and sharing it with the public...
Technical that quote is inaccurate. You don't have a right to drive on public roads. You do have a right to drive off-road on property or on private roads (driveways, racetracks, etc.) you own, even without a registration or driver's license. But those situations are rare anyway.
I couldn't make that claim with a straight face. You 100% know you're doing wrong when you do it. I've even got more than one bike and they all expire in the same month. You just look at the number on the sticker and match it to the plate and it's just that easy. What people try to get away with, and pretend they didn't know, is amazing.

The job of the police officer is to deliver to the DA a case which requires the least effort to prosecute, preferably one that contains a written or on camera confession. People think that the police are there to "Protect and Serve" but that’s not the case at all. They should put on the side of the patrol vehicles, "Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law." That would be accurate. "Protect and Serve" is a marketing slogan.
Great you do follow ups. The only issue I have with some of the video's is when people have no insurance you cite them and then you allow them to drive off. I don't believe people that get stopped speeding no insurance (showing they don't care about the law) should be able to drive off, the car should be towed impounded until the driver and/or R.O. shows proof of insurance. My wife got rear ended. Cops showed, the guy had all his DL, registration, insurance. What the cop didn’t know was his insurance had been canceled a week before. Our insurance paid off but It was a nightmare going after the guy for her injuries, deductibles. He lived in another state, didn’t answer the phone, avoided us. I thought our insurance would go after him with a vengeance but they basically shrugged and paid us but did zilch to go after him. No wonder our rates are so high.

@@TheTrainWatchOh, yeah I know now, it’s a cost/benefit thing for them. But many of us who have few, if any claims, tickets, accidents or even interaction with our insurance carriers other than paying our premiums would expect them to at least make some effort at going after the scofflaws. To just shrug and pass on the costs to people who play by the rules is pretty aggravating. I think what surprised me was that the guy had his insurance card that showed his policy was valid but we found out his policy had been recently canceled. His insurance card isn’t something official, with a watermark or hologram, just a slip of paper he printed at home. There’s nothing for the cop to run, like a DL to show it’s valid. The cop looks at it…good enough, and sends him in his way. If there are laws about having proof of insurance we need something that can be verified. Not something that can be photoshopped and printed at home. One of life’s lessons I guess.

Depending on the bureaucracy we either are letting criminals go free time and again...or...we are all "stick" without any functional "carrot" to mitigate recidivism...Other countries do way better, we can most certainly do better as our program proved in the 90s. Some locations like Pinal County should be at the cutting edge of change like they have with Frank and how they affect proper law enforcement…As always, thanks to this channel, what they do, what Frank does and sharing it with the public...
I am so inspired by you both. Two amazing men who want to make the world a safer place for everyone.
Great, informative conversation. You rock Frank!
Man I love this channel! I’m super happy you guys post at 12 AM pacific time! I’m a night owl and love to watch these at night!
4 am here lol
“You don’t have a right to drive, it’s a privilege.”
if you didnt already know that, stay off the road bud
Technical that quote is inaccurate. You don't have a right to drive on public roads. You do have a right to drive off-road on property or on private roads (driveways, racetracks, etc.) you own, even without a registration or driver's license. But those situations are rare anyway.
sooooo many drivers today don't see it that way, rather they see it as their right.
"I wasn't driving, I was traveling." 😂😂
One has an absolute right to drive. Driving as fast as one wants is a privilege.
😂😂 I remember watching #75 you don't take a tabs off your motorcycle and put it on your vehicle
"just take the sticker" .. . Well after that now your truck does not have any registration so the effect is the same
After watching that particular exchange, I am once again reminded that there is no shortage of stupidity in this country.
And the fact that he still wanted to go to trial 😵💫
I couldn't make that claim with a straight face. You 100% know you're doing wrong when you do it. I've even got more than one bike and they all expire in the same month. You just look at the number on the sticker and match it to the plate and it's just that easy. What people try to get away with, and pretend they didn't know, is amazing.
@@paulwoodman5131 This. The tab and the plate are one entity, but in two parts.
Sir, I have the highest respect for you and how you enforce traffic laws and regulations. Everyone can learn from you. You tell it like it is, whether they like it or not. You don’t tiptoe around, you lay down the law and that’s what we need in America. This new generation of fatherless people that have no respect for authority need to have an attitude adjustment! Thank you for providing exactly that!
This video is great. Thanks for the updates to some of the previous traffic stops & for including information from the County Attorney.
Thank you Frank, from Canada.
Great episode. Nice to see the County Attorney explaining the cases. Cameraman does an excellent job! Kudos and Stay Safe
I like this new format to supplement regular FWF
Frank i was once a career criminal. I been to prison several times. I have changed my life i am Manager at my job and am starting my own business. Yesterday the cop that arrested me my last time came into my work. I remembered his name and gave him the law enforcement discount. Then he thought and remembered me. I used to hate cops he was shocked at how different I am. For some it takes alot longer but anyone can change. I hope that prosecuter is able to stop others from going down that road and help them. Frank you are awesome enjoy your shows
Thank you Frank for your follow up on these cases. I appreciate it.
I had no idea how big the county was. That's a massive area to cover.
people in the east of the US have no idea of the expanse of the West
@@michaelkendall662 In my defence, I live in the UK, so my knowledge of US geography is a bit sketchy.
San Bernardino and Riverside Counties are much larger
@@iggysfriend4431don’t feel bad. Many people here in the states have the same sketchy knowledge of our geography. 😅
@@iggysfriend4431 Entire Western states are as large as the UK...I lived in the High Desert of SoCal for nearly 50 years.....largest "city" was 25k....any real city was over 100 miles away by car and LA was 3+ hours away
Love this episode. First of all, I really appreciate that District Attorney, wanting to help those that can be helped but still holding them responsible while giving them tools to have a chance to improve themselves. Then when he said separate the dangerous, well that was the key point where I really liked him. Save who you can, separate and remove the ones you can't. One more reason to love Pinal County. I've planted seeds with my wife about moving there, I'd love to find some position with the Sheriff's office. Oddly, we are currently in the Peoples Republic of Connecticut, and I laughed when he brought up the county the same size as the state here, Loved it.
Never miss Fridays with Frank.
Great video. It spooks the daylight out of me so many people are driving our roads chemically impaired.
We live in a country where a crime that could potentially kill people (DUI) can actually give you a lower sentence than theft of $500 or less.
Great video. It showed the Citizens how the Justice System works.
Also shows how it's not perfect, and it always needs refinement.
@@Makiyura What specifically are you referring to? I have seen inside the County Jail. I have seen how violent the prisoners are. Some people who commit crime do need to serve their entire sentence.
It shows the problem with the legal and non-justice system. You don't see an issue with an arresting officer and county attorney buddying up?
@@SkepticCyclist Why would you think there's a problem with that? They're on the same team.
@@SkepticCyclist No issue at all. The job of the police officer is to gather evidence to be used against you in a court of law.
Everybody's rates are increasing because of non insured drivers. If you've ever been hit by someone without insurance you're on the hook for the deductible etc. Great video and FWF is the best videos on UA-cam!
I Agree with you 💯 on the Ins.
It's really funny to watch the videos of leos telling someone to get out of their vehicle (one more chance) and wrestling with a teenage kid for 20 minutes, then watching Frank, "are you going to get out? Out ya come." in like one minute! 😂 Most excellent. Gotta love Frank. 🥰
Yes its always great to get info on different parts of the justice system. Thanks always ready to watch more of your shows. Hi from. Aus.
Love all the patches on the roof. :) Love Frank. He cracks me up and does good work. Firm, but fair.
I really enjoyed watching this with the County Attorney. It sounds like the judicial system is harder on people than most. I love my Fridays with Frank. It starts my weekend. Stay safe.
You obviously don't know that he is a known liar. Falsified reports and is Brady listed. Fawn all you want if it gets your coffee warm.
@@Littlefoot. Still with the "Frank is a..." bullshit I see. Y'all need to get a life. 😂
@@Littlefoot. You're the only liar here.

Love this caring County Attorney Volkmer. What a great episode.
Enjoyed hearing the County Attorney explain everything! Always interesting. Love to see more of him.
❤you Sheriff Frank!!!
Wish we had law officers like Frank where I live!!! Tacoma, WA He is awesome.
Excellent video. I learn so much watching and laugh just as much! Love this channel!! Thank you for your service, Frank!!
Excellent to see all sides of the operation
You folks are fabulous! Keep up the good work!
Would love more interactions with Kent!! He is very knowledgeable and does a great job of breaking down your arrests.
You know you’re a Frank Fan when you remember every one of the cases, lol. 👍🏻😂
Love hearing the updates of some of your cases. Also, very informative
The level of ignorance it took to challenge a fictitious plate is incredible
Ignorance was actually not fictitious.
would love to hear this guys comments on blue mustang kid.
Exactly wondering the same thing
Me too! I was trying to find the video because I couldn’t remember the colour of the mustang. Mouthy little mamma’s boy
I want to know what happened to that kid who was going 121 in a 50.
I was just going to ask about that punk!
Yes, did mommy show up?
Brilliant can we get more of the outcomes Frank , love this one , carl uk 🇬🇧
I LOVE this video. I love all of the videos on this channel but it is SO cool to see what happened to some of the fan favorites after they were pulled over.
We live in Kansas, and we love watching your videos as a family! Thank you for all you do!
This is so satisfying to see all the troll comments to be proven wrong. Astonishing how many people think they know the law and just are plain wrong.
Exactly. Where are the comments from the haters saying Frank isn't allowed to testify in court?
Exactly! It's like all the pinheads freaking out about the motorcycle sticker on the truck license plate that were proved wrong.
I agree..they know it all apparently. And most don't have the brains to turn on a turn signal when you're turning. And that all states have their own laws. It's not necessarily the same all over the country.

I can’t believe the guy went to court after admitting he put his motorcycle registration tag on his truck lol. He had no case from the start.
The Harley guy [he had to point out the bike he rides] did have a case .. inflated ego.

Very informative
and if I or any other viewers get pulled over....well it's our fault twice👍🏻
Plus I laugh and smile during the videos
Thank you Frank
Let's start towing cars that do not have insurance!
Plzzzz
@@terrencekanzig4270you can’t draw blood from a stone (ie you can’t get money from someone who has none). It often doesn’t make sense for insurance companies to pay their lawyers hundreds of dollars an hour to try to recover from someone who has no money.
I have geico insurance and everything done online and I have never had to show an insurance card ,all i have is my payment confirmation on my email
I was listening to a woman bragging about drinking 200 dollar glasses of wine. I said "That's nothing. I had a 20 thousand dollar glasa of scotch. And that doesn't even count the car I totaled" after legal fees, court cost, insurance premiums from my last DWI.
that made me laugh lol

it would be a privilege if places like arizona were designed for non-car-based lives. unfortunately they're not, so driving becomes a necessity.
@@cometasporelcielo doesn't matter, driving is still a privilege. Other people on the road with you have a right to their safety, which means you need to show you are qualified to operate a motor vehicle.

Frank, do these with the county attorney from time to time. Very interesting information. Thanks.
The only times I was given courtesies, while being pulled over, is being honest and respectful towards the officer. It didn’t always work but, I know the officers appreciated it. ✌️
