I’ve used a scarecrow for years to keep the deer out. Ground cinnamon and ground cayenne pepper sprinkled around to keep fire ants and rabbits out. I spray the scarecrow with cheap perfume periodically.
My brick mason boyfriend says you need to put pine straw around your house to keep that mud off the brick. He said gutters will definitely help, too.

Dont plant them seeds too deep. About the first joint on your finget is all you need. Nice rows you made.

The plans you do 3 seeds with is squash cucumber watermelon cantaloupe honey dew an Canary melons I always put to tomatoes plants together because together we stand an corn I plant with a planter but I hope you have a wonderful garden

Holes might be a to deep add a little water to them when you put the seed and the fertilizer down it gives it a jump start

It does wonders for your soil. Look it up to get more knowledge. But everyone is going to tell you to get a soil sample first.

Right now it’s getting plenty of rain. But I have a water system in place.
Save your seeds from your garden for next year. Then buy some trays and grow them early and all you have to do is plant your plants

BOSSMAN watermelons need to be raised too. so the plants wont hold too much water. i learn that the hard wat. mine took on too much water too fast and my fruit busted from taking on too much water faster than they were growing. raised is also how they gotem in these fields out here where i am.

@@huntingNfishingwithcnboutdoors when it rains a lot and the water isnt draining. You can water too much too. Watermelons can be tricky. If you grow different kinds they will help germinate each other.
