Made it to Galveston with a plan not knowing what, when, where, and how i was going to pull this one off. But it turned out to be a ok day. I haven’t forgot about going Live and the Giveaway. Fishing beneath structure taught me a lesson, I've invested into a six foot Johnson telescopic rob it's about 20 years old now and still catching big fish excellent to have in a boat...hook sets and broken rods under bridges

Man, you know how to have fun,,,good for the Soul and Spirit, got a idea watching,, 2 pontoons that fold up on the sides would make it more stable and give you extra room. Nothing like a good day fishing. I was King Salmon fishing on ship creek in Downtown Anchorage,, this guy from China foul hooked a King in the tail,,,it took off downstream. He had a Good sized egg sinker, i was watching him and saying to myself, keep that rod tip up, he had it pointed down at the fish,,, sure enough that line broke and that egg sinker came at about 3,700 fps right toward his head and hit him Right between the eyes, it made the funniest sound when it hit him and knocked him out Cold,,,,Holy Cow,,never seen that before, he came to after awhile,,,he now had a egg sinker knot between his eyes,,,rod tip up,,, take care amigo

Not to mention, I can’t think of too many freshwater fish that taste as good as saltwater fish. Saltwater catfish are the last thing people want to catch, and they blow channels, flatheads and blues out the water taste wise.

Bossman that is my honey hole you were at. Me and my kids fish Offats Bayou all the time. Get with my on Fb and i will tell you where the deep holes are. That is a great spot to flounder fish also plus its away from all the crowd of people which makes it better. Plus when you go back to the country let me know cause my place is only 30 mins away from you in Groveton. Also i know alot of your family also.

Catching fish is the bonus, enjoying 1 of God's creations is primary. I kept thinking that rod tip gone break under that bridge. I keep a couple 5'6 rods for under bridges.
