Swiss name, Japanese movement, Chinese case. I'm not sure where the watch is assembled - lets be kind and just call it a multinational watch. You're right about it looking like a Rolex. From two or three feet there's not much difference except the price, but close up there is enough to distinguish it as an Invicta to keep the Rolex hounds at bay.
Yes i bought it from amazon in 2013 and shipping was very fast .While im unpacked my box im was very very surprised while unboxing and see mechanical feature it Nh35 , little font - USA Product Design (not sure wher it masde by Seiko or in USA) 24 jewels , selfwinding in both sides . I was swimming with it ,totaly no problem, very very accurate wacth ,really dont know about +/-15 seconds but i have spend with it almost 4 months and adjust time only once . Its good keep time im not dissapointed
Not sure what you're talking about, so I went to Amazon and easily found this watch, the 8928 OB, and it has the Miyota movement. Okay, dug a little deeper and fond some Invictas with the NH35. Which is something of a surprise because it's more desirable than the Miyota. Apparently Invicta started using the NH35 sometime in 2011. Please note that this video was uploaded in 2010. So how's your watch? Does it keep good time, say +/- 15 sec a day?
Hey, what does reverse hacking do? My watch does the same thing, I was wondering what this function does or how it benefits me? Invicta is really nice quality for the money, I really like their designs. Wish Rolex offered as many models as Invicta does. I like their Grand Diver series myself. Great video, favorited. =)
Invicta is so great for the money. It looks like such a nice, well built watch. After all, its not made in China or anything, its a Swiss watch. And for $100, this compares to a $11,000 rolex!
Did the bezel eventually start to get loose from turning it too much? Or did the "non-click-position" move a little bit to the left? (What I mean by that is: is the bezel 0-line still lined up with the 0-line of the watch?)
My Invicta 8928OB doesnt have Myota movement while it Seiko NH35 24 jewels . So you are wrong with number of your watch it probably 8926 with 21 jewels Myota. Dont belive me go on amazon and you can read description and comments of users ,its NH35/24 jewels but not Myota movement !
@donhealyou It's hard to find other watches that give you as much as Invicta does for so little money. That said, they've had their problems with quality control and customer support. Me, I've been lucky, only had to send one (out of ten) back.
I just bought this watch because of this video.
Love this watch thanx for the review!

i just bought the pro diver quartz and it litterally looks exactly like this (a few minor differences of course)
@buddythedog12345 It's Jackson Hole by Kasey Chambers & Shane Nicholson, from the album Ratlin' Bones. Amazon has the MP3 for $0.99.
@palauskas - The bezel? It rotates in one direction to keep track of elapsed time underwater. The more clicks, the finer the increment.

Are you sure it's 60 clicks? It looks like it might be 90 clicks from your video.

I got mine on me right now! :)
I've heard of Invictas having problem with their crowns, but none of my Invictas have had any problems.
Sounds like a winner!
@palauskas - Yes
