If you suffer from anxiety, ask yourself, if anxiety is perceived as an emotion, then what is it that perceives the anxiety, who is it that views the feeling of anxiousness. Nothing that you actually are can ever be disturbed it’s just the mind playing games. To free yourself from these games, learn to meditate and educate yourself on how your mind works :)

I have crippling diagnosed public anxiety that basically cripples me when I have to meet or talk to new people.
I’ve had instances where I have had break downs and near blackouts cus I had to just be in the laces with a lot of people.
