My wife got me one of these for Christmas. I absolutely love it. I recommend taking the 4D all the way down to start. There is a pretty big jump in how deep it massages from 0 to 1. As I get used to having a deep tissue massage I now take it up to 1 or 2 and sometimes just adjust it to be firmer on certain areas when I need it like the neck or lower back. I consider this a quality of life purchase, similar to my adjustable bed. Being able to raise my head or legs just the right amount makes me sleep deeper and dream more. My wife had the same experience since we got a California split king so we can adjust separately. I thought about how much of my life I spend sleeping or sitting/standing at a desk and this made me much happier than a new car.
