@@willy7968 @Michael Willian depends on the drone, for FPV this is how a lot of pilots capture their drone footage, by attaching a gopro or aciton cam, but for a mavic, i would use the drone camera itself, the mavic 2 or air 2s are perfect cameras, no need to use gopro
We've only just recently heard about the 360 degree cameras, but the ease of use aspect is appealing. Our concern with drones is that we travel full time and some countries don't allow drones into the country, which could be an issue logistically. Aesthetically, we prefer the drone shots though.

I went with my GoPro MAX first, simply because I can take it practically anywhere. When I purchased my drone I got the DJI Mavic Mini 2 simply because it weighs less that 250 grams (the magic number a lot of laws and regulations are based on). However, since it has a recording video camera it falls into the same category as the larger drones in almost every EU country and the US meaning you need more certification/licenses and fewer places you can fly. I still take my mini 2 with me when I travel, but realizing there are a lot of places I won't be able to use it whereas I always use my GoPro MAX

I would love a drone or a 360 camera, I don't have either yet in my gear. they would be great for my Travel show. But ya, the drone requirements, restrictions and licensing just to fly it (to put video on my youtube) is a quite a lot to try to deal with. And most places I go to I have seen they don't even allow drones. I am sure the 360 camera might be the next gear out of those two.
I’ve got the first air and the OneR, waiting on the new Air2s to come in the mail. The 360 is a game changer for achieving drone like effects in close quarters but It’s definitely more time consuming to edit with. Another great video 👍🏼

I have a 360 camera and I was looking to buy a drone for those epic establishing shots, but I am a kitesurfer, and drones and kite lines do not go well together! Clearly, the 360 is a good choice for me to film tricks, etc, but I still want those epic shots of coastline. I'm new to filming my travels and adventures, so for now I'm going to enjoy my 360 camera videos and if they are lame without drone shots, I guess I'll bite the bullet then. This is a question I've been asking myself for the past couple of months. I'm just waiting for the US borders to open - buying tech in Brazil is quite expensive due to the currency - but I think I will go with the 360 since I want to level up my Instagram stories game. And as soon as I have more money, I will go with the drone. Btw, you should make a video on how to level up Instagram story content 2021 version :)
I have an Mavic Air 2 and ended not doing as many movies as i though i would, because the time needed to stop, prepare everything, setu up the remote, cell phone, and record is simply too long, and traveling with family and kids i have to be out of the whole fun cenario or simply have to start an activity with that in mind, wich makes it very unnatural. I will try and see if a 360cam will be of any help on that regard, expecting that i can include that cam without have too much of a set up time.
I guess i'll have to agree with many of the comments here about the drone laws being an annoyance. I feel i'm more excited about a possible GoPro Max 2 than buying a drone at the moment. That being said, there are some shots you just can't get without a drone... Personal preference for me is the Drone because of the videos and photos which can enhance the production of any travel video or the social media accounts.
Viewing a 360 video of a tourist attraction on the Oculus is amazing, or it can make you sick if the camera is bouncing. I wonder if tour guides have springs in their shoes?

For someone with a go pro hero 7 and a mirror less dslr would you go with the Insta 360 x2 or the Insta go 2 if I don’t go for a drone? The image quality concerns me with the x2
Which perspective are you chasing most? You already have a GoPro 7 which is better quality than the Go2 so I would get the Insta360 One X2 just to include 360 perspectives into your tool kit

I got one Insta360 R already unfortunately due to the restrictions of drones I still struggling if I should buy a drone yes the footage be awesome but most of the time you only need it for one or two aerial shot. I might just get a extra long pole instead.

Cant realy fly drones in EU in 2021 without lisence (or a drone without camera and under 250g, which is just useless), also in 2023 will it only be CE marked drones you can fly! So that means mavic can say bye bye to EU! So if you live in EU i would recomend 360 just because of that

I would love a drone or a 360 camera, I don't have either yet in my gear. they would be great for my Travel show. How do you find the video quality on a TV compared to 4K? Wondered if I merge the two in the same video whether the 360 footage will look bad.

I've tried it a few times and failed but certainly keen to try again!! Will have to work on my mounting to keep the camera a little more stable

The drone laws in different countries is very irritating and can add quite a lot of money sometimes for licensing

for the beach, if you stick within the fly zones I would recommend the Mavic Mini 2 (check before you travel though)

I'm living in Poland and max altitude is 120 meters for drones. But I have license so no problem. I also use Gopro hero 9.
