It’s just a simple reset.
If you hold it down for too long it will reboot the gateway.

Mines is constantly blinking white I reset it like 5 times nothing works

Blinking white will need to be swapped out for a new gateway.

Reset mine went from blinking white to back blinking slow red

If it’s blinking red. Then you have a light issue with the fiber.
A tech will be needed to be called out to get that repaired for you.
