I live in Sweden and watch this late. I flash back all the time to footages I've watched of your open holes, being poolside at Shepherd's talking to your mum about the panick attack in the pool etc. It's totally understandable that thinking back to all those moments is tiring.
I worked in a rehabilitation center 13 years acid rehab tech I work with spinal cord injuries and stroke patients really enjoyed it love watching you guys 💞

Charisma I am a nurse and I think you may have a clogged tear duct. We produce tears all the time and the tears drain down a duct that is in the corner of your eye near your nose. When your eye is tearing and running out, it’s likely a clogged tear duct . Try putting a warm wash cloth on the area for 5-10 minutes. I use a washcloth and run hot water over it and ring it out, then lay on the area. You may need to warm it up a few times. Then gently massage the area and hopefully you can unclog the duct. You can put a warm compress on it several times a day. If that doesn’t work, please see a doctor. It’s likely not dry eye in one eye.

Did not know water trauma was a lable...some how that brings me comfort yet at the same time I feel nauseous. I lived in the pool for 50 plus years until I was visiting my daughter and her family. We woke up planning to spend the day at the pool at her apartment complex. The day didn't happen as we planned and didn't go to the pool until like 4pm because my granddaughter wanted to show me her swimming improvements. Long story.....I am sitting poolside talking with my granddaughter and I hear a tender voice ask my daughter sitting behind me "will you tell my mom that a little boy is sleeping on the bottom of the pool cause she doesn't believe me".... panic....I scan the pool and yes it is true. I dove in and brought the boy to the surface, but the lifeguard still seems distracted and I hadn't had child cpr class in probably 10 years so now I am panicking more. I manage to get us both on the pool deck and others took over helping with the boy. Story had a positive ending for the boy. Since that day 5 years ago I have been in our pool once. Even though I know it is safe and hubby is next to me..I can't. Maybe now knowing others also have had a water trauma maybe I will ask for help. Thank you both..I feel validated in a way I guess...but not alone in my .... it's not fear ... haven't figured out a lable for it. Everything had a positive ending so I can't understand why I can't get in an empty pool or enjoy the water park with my other grand babies. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and feelings which help me figure out some of my own. Bless you both❤
It sounds so traumatic and often we think of trauma very simply the person didn’t drown but there is so much more all the things you felt, saw and heard and experienced are part of that experience. The other big part of trauma is that feeling of helplessness and not knowing what to do. Thinking of trauma as a spiders web can be helpful as there are often lots of different threads or parts to it. I am a counsellor and don’t usually comment but wanted to reassure you that you had a big experience and what you are feeling makes a lot of sense. When you are ready it would be good for you to talk through it with a professional. Sometimes we can’t do it all ourselves and that’s ok to need help ❤

Your logical brain knows it was all ok at the end, but a part of your brain is bruised and remains traumatized. I believe you should work out some treatment. I'm worried that it can't get better with just time. You did a great thing, you must get the trauma cleared out before you can just accept it. I wish you luck. I have a different water trauma after having boiling water explode in my face last year. Best wishes from this Internet stranger❤

My husband bought me a full face snorkel mask. It took me several tries to actually put it on. Now that I’m used to it I won’t go in the water without it. I love it. Maybe Cole will feel more comfortable with one. It won’t let water in if you go under.
Charisma, I have dry the doctor recommended lubricated eye drops and a mask which I can refrigerate to help the irritation and redness I notice that you continually use your finger to dab. Please try tissue as we often are touching things throughout the day and playing with pets. Could be mild irritation. I'm going to suggest what my grandmother did for us in our youth. Rinse with Luke warm salt water every few hours. Should feel better almost immediately.You can use a Nettie pot because it comes with saline packets. Secondly, 1st sign of sore throat or strep, hot salt water & "gargle like the dickens!" per nurse, when I was in college. She didn't know I had a grandmother that raised me on natural remedies. When she died at 106 years, she barely had 10 pages in her medical records. If it fails, it's gone on long enough . Please see doc.❤ you both.
Charisma, go to the opthomologist. I had that issue, and my tearduct was narrowed way down. It required surgery to place a little stent. The sooner, the better. It will get worse.
Yes, get product called 'natursl tears, s.nd this should help. Keep some by your bed, in your purse,.. Get kind packaged for home use as it doesn't have preservatives. Be well and may your both enjoy healing. Lotions sometimes bother my eyes.
I had very watery eye and believes it or not the doctor said it was dry eye. So use lubricant eye drops in both eye and within a couple of days it will clear up
This happened to me when i started taking cymbalta. The tears would run down my face. It happened another time not as bad when i had a clogged tear duct. Acupuncture stopped it both times❤ immediately. It could be a side effect from another medicine. It could be dry eye

Someone maybe put this comments already (I do not dip into the comments), but do not get anything to dry out your eye, a symptom of dry eyes is your eyes being watery or teary. So you would be making it worst. There are eye drops for dry eyes also warm compresses help dry eye. And you can get disposable steam eye mask. They are nice to decompress after a long day and helps with eye strain too.
One of the most common things that we make is putting our hands in the eyes area, eyes are sensitive to being infected so please don’t touch your eyes for any reason but you can wash them with special shampoo for newborn and rinse them with cold and abundant water next put tears natural or lubricants tears for eyes every 4 or 6 hours for two weeks and then you will see the difference ❤❤❤❤❤

I sometimes feel sorry that I didn't know about them earlier during COVID 19. I could have been looking at their videos instead of the news where I was being told to infected bleach 😔🤔🥺. I love them their families and friends. I pray they get those triplets 🤩🍼🍼🍼🤗✅🤗🤗❤️ they would get lots of help they would be able manage. However as a Christian I would like to see them going to church. There were both raise up in church.. Well being save is the most important thing. Thank again responding. I wish you good luck with your eyes. I have been dealing with that for years and my opthalmologist finally prescribed prescription eye drops for me and now I am waiting for authorization for the prescription. It is very annoying!
You might have a blocked tear duct or a retinal tear. There are many possible causes. It’s worth a trip to the ophthalmologist to find out. Best of luck. 🤞🏾

For me, it is a symptom of the starting of a sinus infection. The tear duct cloggs. Antibiotics usual helps.
