Thank you so much for this. Feeling sore under the bust today. Wouldn’t have thought it would have that much impact, but I can already feel that my liver is happier today. So grateful 🙏
❤☮️. Love this one!! So helpful in healing from CPTSD and the mystery autoimmune dis-ease I’ve had seemingly all my life!! This work gives me hope which I don’t find through the western medicine system which still doesn’t understand that it’s all connected. ❤😃
Is backwards to remove blockages and tracing to charge? The energy of all Meredians is too high, so i only have to do it backwards? Charging IT Will make things worse??
Great knowledge but please guide me decide that does thing can help me deal with liver condition due to wrong and negligent medication ??A side effect of medical ignorance ?? Please guide
Wonderful question, Aloka ~ you can do this as often as you feel the need. You may feel like once is enough. If you feel 20 is necessary, then please take it nice and slow and monitor how you feel. Many thanks for joining us ~ Jennifer
i've got knee cap pain issues; be it going up or down the stairs (just in my 40s)... how do i flush the negative energies stuck there and 'rejuvenate' and let the energy flow smoothly? Appreciate if you could kindly teach. Thanks in advance!
Thank you so much, Prune! I have two questions. What do I do if I cannot go all the way down? I just can reach my legs before my knees. And, how many times a day do you recommend doing the exercises while taking medication. 😊
Wonderful to tie off here with you ~ it's ok if you are not comfortable moving all the way down. If you are standing, sitting, or laying on a sofa or a bed, please go as far as you are most comfortable. From there, you can envision taking your hands the rest of the way - your energies will follow your intention. Regarding how many times a day - this is truly up to you. I recommend starting with once or twice and see how that feels. No need to overdo this, especially if you are new to energy work and feeling into how this shifts your system. Best to allow your own wisdom guide you here. My best to you ~ Jennifer :)
Hi there! Liver holds so much energy for us and is responsible for many, many tasks each day. It is entirely possible to feel a deep shift when you begin to work with Liver meridian. If you feel it's too much, please take your time and move gently. Best wishes to you as you explore! With gratitude ~ Jennifer
Hi there! Thank you for tapping into this video of Prune's. Do you engage in self-testing by chance? That's a great way to understand where your energies are moment-by-moment. Prune has some lovely videos here in UA-cam dedicated to self-testing, along with articles: www.pruneharris.com/blog/search/self%20testing With gratitude ~ Jennifer
Many thanks for confirming, Beverly. You are most welcome to adjust as you feel most comfortable. You'll be fine - these energies of ours are super resilient :) My best to you. With gratitude ~ Jennifer
Great question - it can be related. Emotions are closely tied to our organ meridian system and the organs so this work is a wonderful gateway to nourish the energies that feed our physical body while also helping to balance the emotions. Prune has created a robust course dedicated to work with and support liver energies and the organ itself: pruneharris.thinkific.com/courses/love-your-liver You are welcome to email me if you have any questions. Thanks for joining us here! With gratitude ~ Jennifer (hello@pruneharris.com)
You sure can - great one to do if you're feeling like gall bladder needs some "juice." Are you familiar with energy testing? That's the best method for knowing if it would be advantageous to enhance or sooth the energy in the meridian. If you get into the habit of tracing your meridians each day (in the flow cycle method), this is a great tool too. I'll link that below for you. Prune also has some other lovely videos dedicated to GB here in her channel. Enjoy :) With gratitude ~ Jennifer ua-cam.com/video/b6upi7kZ9bo/v-deo.htmlsi=gnwEe6ZJlxyyIXfH
Hi, Tina ~ you are most welcome to adjust to make yourself most comfortable. There are wonderful ways we can adapt to these exercises and they will still be as effective as how Prune demonstrates. Best wishes and thank you for being here with us. With gratitude ~ Jennifer

That was great! your demonstration was thorough and easy to follow. I really needed this. 🥰
New subscriber here and new to this meridian energy. Thank you so much for explaining all this slowly so us beginners can follow.
So happy to have found this video at 1:20am liver time!
According to Chinese medicine, you should be sleeping in a horizontal position at that time. Cheers! 😊
This has helped me so very much. Many blessings and thank you!

Maravilloso Gracias 😊
Will try this
How long should I be doing this for, before my liver is fully flushed ?
toward the end my feet warmed up and started tingling. My feet are usually perpetually ice cold. Interesting.

Some synchronous clapping on both sides of the knee might help. As well as gentle movement of your knees...
Hi thank hou for all your work! Could I ask for the name of the place where the video has been shot? All the best, kr Katrijn

If someone is having liver problems, how often should the liver be flushed? Daily or several times a day?
Carrie W. Lane thank u very much for showing beautiful information on liver balance.
I guess it will help only then when you repeat this after every three hours best result you can achieve when stomach holds zero food in it.

Hi, are we rubbing directly under the breasts on top of the ribs? And not under the ribs where you feel the liver? Love your videos!
Yes Mindy, we are rubbing directly under the ribs where there are a series of neurolymphatic reflex points.
Hello,,,
Hi Prune! Greetings from Oregon State! Is it usual to release lots heat from the body when flushing the liver meridian? ❤️✌🏻
