- If you are a fan of crispy onion taste you'll love Loganma. It's not just another chilli sauce but designed more for flavour. The aroma is fantastic when you first open the jar. It has many uses and this is just one of them.
I'm surprised it hasn't caught on more here in the UK the way Jimmy sauce has ,it's quite an unique taste and the perfect amount of heat if you don't like too hot.It might not be for everyone but i love it.

BOUT ALEX
Alex was Born and bred in Glasgow..He's been working now in various Chinese takeaways
as a delivery driver for the past few years or so.
Most of what he's learnt is just by watching the chefs..
In all my videos i use a high power burner so cooking temperature's may vary cooking on a normal hob.
I use a Cantonese style of cooking meaning caramelisation of sugars, maillard reactions, and smoking of oil
creating a smoky barbeque scent commonly known as Wok Hei.When i cook i'm imersed in that aroma.
Even without an industrial heat source you can still create some amazing food.
The most important part is using the correct condiments
My subscribers are testament to that which i'm pleased about.

Howdy Alex. I bought some of this lapganma for this recipe. What a pleasant surprise. Best tasting King Pao ever. Thank you!
I’m more than pleased about that thanks pal,The Laoganma to me was also a pleasant surprise and that was just opening the lid,the aroma just hit me straight away ,I just new it was going to good ,great addition to Kung Pao .I’ve got another dish lined up using the Laoganma alongside satay sauce and king prawn. The prawns will be firstly cooked with the Laoganma and then then the made up sauce. It should be an excellent combination taking satay to a new level, thanks pal
Please excuse the spelling. I should read it before posting.
Looking forward to the prawns with Laoganma.
@@SaltyJim No worries, trying to pronounce it is even harder.I now love the stuff ,should be amazing with prawns,it's packed full of wonderful flavours, a great addition for most dishes, cheers pal.
