- How to cook chicken Laoganma chilli oil
Ingredients:
Half sliced chicken breast
Half red pepper
Half green pepper
3 cloves fresh garlic
30g sliced onion
30g sliced carrots
1 teaspoon laoganma chilli oil
60ml water
Bit of potato starch to thicken the sauce
Condiments:
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
Dash of cooking wine (shao xing wine)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon MSG
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon oyster sauce
Dash white pepper powder
Dash sesame oil

No, it's not on the menu. Laoganma is a popular chilli oil. I used to have this at home a use it as dips or in stir fry. A viewer asked about this dish. It was very nice though.

Imo Laoganma does not have a strong flavor. It’s not bad, just didn’t have the flavor/spice boost i was expecting. Bit overhyped
