I've done two swaps from auto to manual on '94 trucks with 300CI 6 cylinder. One truck was done in 2006 and the other in 2017. Both times after the swap, the engine races at startup. Obviously the IAC is freaking out. I have never figured this out.
Any insight on this? I'd LOVE to fix it once and for all on the second truck, as it is my daily driver to this day.
