    this channel it is a gold. it's unfair that have only 7k subscribers. you deserve more. this is a great video much more informative than 10-15min videos about muscle up out there

    10/10 thanks for your artistic expression, specially the music. I have done with your tips for the first time, my hip almost reach the bar. For me I need do lots weights pull and deep dips to get this strength and can not be done by bars alone. Soon I will have a first kip muscle up.

    You do have to have some sort of press out of the catch in order for it to count as a "muscle up" otherwise it's just an uprise.

    I can do 10 pull ups, but I am not able to do this element... I cannot understand which muscles should I train to make it.

    This isn't a muscle up. Not every move where you end up above the bar is called muscle up. Especially not if you swing yourself up lol. But then again, she's in a Cross Fit gym, that explains it all...

      You did watch the video where it says Hybrid Bar Muscle-Up and not Strict Bar Muscle-Up yes? So not only did you not read and reflect before posting, you were also smug about it. Keep it up 🎉
