- KETTLEBELL FULL BODY FAT LOSS WORKOUT - This 30 minute kettlebell HIIT for fat loss is jam packed with the best kettlebell exercises to burn fat and sculpt lean muscle.
If you're looking for kettlebell HIIT exercises for weight loss or a follow along kettlebell workout you can do in under 30 minutes, this workout is for you.
In this full length kettlebell workout you'll be completing 3 Rounds of each of the 3 circuits prescribed. Working for 30 seconds work with 10 seconds to rest and recover. There is 30 seconds rest between circuits.
Grab 1 light to moderately heavy Kettlebell , your towel and water and you'll be all set to sweat.

*By functional I mean you can comfortably swing or carry it **bestgym.equipment** around as one would expect of a kettlebell weight. By versatile I mean the protective coating does not prevent attaching magnetic micro-plates to increase the weight, so, for example, a 35 pound kettlebell can be increased by up to 5 pounds in weight or possibly a bit more by attaching magnetic micro-plates.*

As Shelley said, this workout is 🔥. Don’t be fooled by the “only” 30 seconds of work; for me this was the toughest workout yet. Well chuffed I managed to complete it with my 10kg kettlebell again 💪🏻👍. My legs are still killing me from yesterday😱. Plenty of stretching today. I also love that I can feel DOMS in my back muscles - I will have a toned, sexy back 🙏🏼🤞🏼. Thanks so much Penny, keep the kettlebell workouts coming (although I’ve got loads of your older ones to keep me going👍). Have a great day ☺️😘

Great workout! Thank you immensely! If you ever have the inclination to post such challenging workouts for those trying to close a diastasis recti gap yet want hard workouts that include back and oblique -and really everything but the abs-would be most appreciated! There are not many like that out there. Plenty of little ab workouts to close the gap but none for those of us with gaps that target rest of body and are much of a cardio or strength challenge for people otherwise in good shape.
