  • KETTLEBELL FULL BODY BURN - Fast track your body goals with this 30 Minute Kettlebell HIIT for Fat Loss designed to fast track your body goals.
    If you love HIIT workouts and kettlebell circuit training then this kettlebell HIIT Circuit is for you!
    You'll need 1 light to moderately heavy Kettlebell (or both if you have them) to complete this 30 minute fat burning kettlebell HIIT at home. I used a 12kg and 8kg kettlebell but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength level.
    There are 3 circuits that make up this workout. Complete 3 Rounds of each of the circuits. Working for 30 seconds and having 10 seconds to rest and transition between movements. Have a 30 seconds rest between circuits.

      Penny Barnshaw - Garage Fitness Girl Thrusters have been great to improve my upper body and lower body strength. KB swings definitely! Anything that offers a squat too. What more could I do for triceps? What I am doing has been so beneficial for my strength. I’ve increased my KB weight from December to March from 10 lbs to 20lbs. Without sacrificing body positioning👍🏻

      Cara Rudd that’s so great! Honestly, pushups and all the variations of pushups are one of the best things you can do for triceps and overall strength. I don’t tend to do a lot of isolated Tricep work. I find using them as a secondary mover in any pressing movement is enough for me but then I also do A LOT of pushups 😂 Things like dips, Extensions and kickbacks will do the trick. And try supersetting with a compound move. For example, do 8-12 Heavy shoulder press and superset that with a lighter Tricep kickback or dips for 12-15 Reps 💪

    Another great workout, Penny👍. I do love a kettlebell - an amazing piece of kit. This was tough, loved the three rounds. Still can’t do more than 3 full press-ups🥴 but I crack on on my knees. Couldn’t do the one arm, weighted sit-up things either. Had to modify (obviously need to work on my core!) Thanks so much for all your content, very much appreciated 💪🏻👌🏻😊.

    LOVE LOVE your kettlebell and dumbbell workouts. I’ve tried about ten workouts. I haven’t noticed any side lunges or windmills yet. I love your variety of dead lifts and back lunges. I have a weak left knee and these exercises have really strengthened them. My sciatic pain always goes away when I do one of your workouts. It’s like a magic fix. I also love that you don’t talk, just smiling all the time. Your pups are adorable too. Good job Penny!. I really like your video format.

    I have to admit. The last circuit. With the kettle bell. The one where we had to do the sit ups with one kettle bell in each hand. Yeah, I struggled with that. lol. I only had a 10lb KB. I ended up using my 5lb dumbbells lol. And your workout buddies are too cute!

    Love kettlebell workouts, they are one of my favourites. This did not disappoint, all 3 rounds were really challenging, maybe round 3, those a burpees straight into overhead press with kettlebell took it out of me. Look forward to the next one 🤗

    This was such a great workout!! I especially loved the 3rd circuit ~~ now I have to wipe my floor, haha, I'm sweating everywhere!
