- In this video I rebuild the custom Yamaha limo golf cart differential, put in aftermarket headlights, taillights, fender flairs, and steering wheel. I wire up the DuroMax 713cc engine, lights, radio, and speakers. I ordered a golf cart utility cargo bed but ended up not liking the look of it, so I modified a hitch cargo carrier to the golf cart. I made my own brackets and slid the bed foreward on my golf cart. I mounted the seat backs and rear roof struts on the front of the bed. It made the bed not look like it didn't belong.
The cargo rack looks 100 times Better than that bed, nice work

Need to get or make wheel spacers for it so them tires stick out as far as your wheel well extensions. Looking good 👍

It's looking pretty good.Cargo rack looks allot better than the dump bed.Please weld the hitch on so the group that buys it can haul enough for the crew.With that wheelbase there's going to be serious dust in the cooling fins,so if you make a pull out filter for the cooling draw on the engine it will be Great,and so much better.Edit=A slide out 'card'style with 1/2"foam in a formed frame.
Definitely a solid choice with the cargo rack, literally looks like it was made for it!

edit: wire mesh bed looks so much better than the stamped steel one. i think the expanded metal makes it look rugged
That bed looked ridicules !!! I like the rack much better especially since you narrowed it to the width of the body. Great job ! The long top for my golf cart came with new up rights ( 4 of them total, 2 front and 2 back ), hopefully yours will too !!!!!!!!!!!

RBG bills the best go cars in off-road biggest I've ever seen and I am so proud to see another Southerner doing something that he loves. And getting paid in the process keep guard I love your show. S I know you guys don't really sell go cars or off-road buggies but if you ever decide to start selling some of your projects I would be very very very very interested in the off-road buggy and a nice two seater off-road/on Road Buggy

I got a polyurethane box from an UTV. It stuck out like a sore thumb. Then when the time came to store it, my cart was too long. I like your cargo rack. Wish someone would sell those already cut down, ready to bolt on a Club Car Precedent.

I have a 2009 Club Car Precedent which I had stretched for my 6'6" body. I'm also a handicap driver which I have handcontrols. I most definitely need power disc brakes for ease of use and quicker braking. Can you advise? A How-to Video would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

This whole project is completely ridiculous and im enjoying every second. I can't wait to see you and the family testing her out before you sell it to some rich guy who will probably use it to cause a ruckus on some local golf course. Edit: the box was ok, but the final product is much better,besides,it makes space for the cooler the rich guys will need for their refreshing adult beverages out on the course. 😂

How did you make the dash insert for the gauges?
Can those speaker grilles be removed and painted to match the fender flares, and the trim around the headlights and tail lights? Would sure look alot better. I doubt those marine speaker grilles can be seperated from the speakers themselves though.

Red what is the overall length of the frame and Golf cart? I am in the process of buying a used Golf cart and I would like to make a limo I also have two polaris four wheelers for the cart, using the front end and rear end even the Engine and tranny. Your fabrication skills exceed what most peoples skills are Big thumbs up.
I have Jakes golf carts business down the road from my place. I know they make golf cart lift kits. I don't know if you have ever checked them out.
