- I always wanted to learn the Back Handspring or Flick Flack but due to my lack of shoulders and back mobility it was too hard for me. Now I wanted to test myself again to see if I'm able to learn it :)

😁 Kaio posso dirti? Avendo fatto un pochino di attrezzistica da ragazzino e poi un pochino di attrezzistica per adulti in età più avanzata, mi fa davvero strano sentirti dire "scary" nel provare il BACK HANDSPRING considerando che sai fare l'airflare 😂
haha :D si fa strano, ma è anche abbastanza normale considerando che sono davvero poco mobile di schiena e spalle, quindi mi sembra innaturale inarcarmi all'indietro e anche considerando che non abbia mai allenato questo movimento, mentre l'airflare l'ho allenato un sacco.. ma c'è anche da dire che se allenassi di più il flick flack mi verrebbe naturale in poco tempo, lo stesso non si potrebbe dire se provassi l'airflare da zero haha :D

After that day, I never practiced it anymore haha but at the end of the video I can say it looks decent, not perfect of course 😁
@@KaioFalcrow yes it does look decent , honestly if u put in work, u could easily get 1 - 3 months. I have been working on it for the past 1 year

It's kinda confusing for me
Means people can do incredible moves in b boying but not back flip or backhand spring.......like... One of my colleague can do ..back flip and back flip 360. But I can't...I can do b twist but he can't 😅
Hahah :) but I think these kind of moves are easier to learn for a bboy than someone that has a different background
@@KaioFalcrow true....he can do flare...but can't do windmill......I mean. Flare is harder......hope you see my point what I'm trying to say
