As someone who was in the foster care system, this is not uncommon.
Foster families are mostly in it for the money. If youre not perfect, you're tossed aside. I was abandoned in a hospital by my foster family because I was antisocial and preferred to be alone than in large groups of people.

Glad I’m not the only one who thought this. The 10-page description of meeting and getting engaged to the fiancée added nothing to the story. The detail about the breakfast with the best friend added nothing. And there was no explanation as to why the parents decided at that moment to confess their reasoning after so many years (unless that part got buried in all the superfluous text.) 🤷🏻‍♀️

    To sum up what happens:
The parents were in fact not racist, a family friend of theirs stole money, how much you ask? Not a fucking clue. But just enought to buy a red corvette so id say a lot. Anyways the family friend named karen. Stole the money and pinned the blame on him. I mean its a shit tonna money so yea. Anyways after he left his friend chad helped him out a bit, he stayed at a shelter for a while, did some dead end jobs, got an apartment, then he got a actual job where he then met the love of his life jasmine or Jasmin i dont know how to spell it. Anyways they fell in love then he proposed. A little after his parents contacted him and told him the reason they kicked him out. He got evidence karen did it, voice recorded her admitting to it and showed it to the parents. He and jasmine got married, and in the end he forgave the parents

My uncle and aunt now have 10 kids, and love them all equally, even the two disabled ones and three native Americans. A foster family in my church fostered a child with a heart desiese. Every foster child's journey is unique, filled with highs and lows that can be difficult to imagine. For me, one of the most surreal experiences was watching a child, who had endured so much instability, begin to trust and thrive in a stable environment. It's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the importance of providing love and consistency. I’m curious to hear others’ experiences-what moments have surprised or moved you the most in your journey with foster care?

I don't think a dealership would disclose payment information to anyone who isn't the buyer, police with a warrant or someone who has a power of attorney. I wouldn't want to buy anything from anyone who would just produce paperwork with all kinds of information about myself on it, to someone who has a good enough excuse. So i doubt if this story is just made up, or real.
