Try to take credit when things are going good for you and your brother your parents are ahole. You and your brother should just go no contact with your parents and live your best lives ever.
This story is so satisfying seeing how OP and her brother succeed and OP not dealing with the drama and focusing on their career (if this story is real I’ve heard the lines “I saw how far I had come” WAY to many times in different stories)

This is framed as "I am currently 17" then just rambles on and one gets the impression that the person (or chatGPT) writing this, forgot the framing device and switched gears not even a quarter of the way in.
Plus they might not be in the uk they could be in America is it illegal as well I would’ve heard that because I’m in the uk just watched it they are in the USA not uk

People who don't want to watch the whole thing: OP grew up, became successful, parents became broke and desperate for money, they tried to cause drama only for it to be slapped back in their faces, and yeah, OP reconnected with brother, who was sent to a shitty boarding school.
