- My family and I traveled to the Eastern Sierra in Northern California for a four day Memorial Day weekend getaway. We wanted to roam around a few lake areas and dispersed camp in our 4x4 with our roof top tents.
In this episode, we'll take you along Highway 395 heading north to Lake Crowley, Owen's River, Mono Lake, and June Lake for a nice cookout, grilling and camp gathering. Come along and enjoy the adventure!

Much respect guys! It warmed my heart that you thanked our military for protecting this wonderful place that so many take for granted. It looked like a great trip with a tight family group...as it should be. And dang! can those girls cook! Made hungry just watching!
Beautiful video! thanks for sharing!
I do believe there is a couple different hot springs at Crowley ,lovely family☮️
I love the Filipino outdoor cooking.... pork belly with some spicy celantro and green onio sauce is the best.....
Everything about this video is awesome.
Thank you and Thank you for viewing.
Thanks for sharing Yeeplife, Mabuhay!!!!

Love everything about this video! Memorial Day weekends but no one’s around pure heaven! Love your choice is music too!
What is a nice video. Thank you for posting.
I just returned from a 4 day trip to the same areas you and your family were at. your video explained the journey so perfectly. God Bless....Cheers.
Hey, that is awesome to hear! Glad i’m at least doing something for the UA-cam community.

I would encourage anyone watching this vid to go.
Joe, Jeremy and Randy W., told me about this awesome video! Love the locations you chose. Keep the Adventures going and we hope to join you guys on one!
Nice video guys keep them up 😍
Great vid. Well done!
Nice 😊😊
I love your Patriotism👍🇺🇸. Wonderful video. I also lost my brother at the end of 2018. We were close, times sitting at a campfire out in nature is when I think of him the most. He was a great person and greatly missed. I am planning on hitting up some of the same areas off 395 this coming Thanksgiving. Was there lots of dispersed camping off Owens River Gorge Road? Thanks. Tom👍
Yea there were. That area is mainly BLM. If you go in November, you should have no problem finding a good spot as it is colder months. Maybe it’ll be good idea to dip in one of the hot springs. The one most notable there is Wild Willy’s.
love this!!!!
Really nicely done video and great message -- sorry to see you haven't posted in ~ a year!
More to come!
What creek or river was that couple stuck in that you all saved? Nice job!!!!
Not sure. All i know is that it was a small river section that you needed to pass to get to the campsite that we stayed at around SE Mono lake.
I'm sorry for your loss, but God's gain.❤️💯 if he was a believer.
He’s definitely a believer. We all are. And thank you.
Hay man where was it that you guys camped at can you let me know what turn off it is
That's awesome! How far down Owens River rd did you drive to score that spot right by the river? Did you go past Big Springs ?
Hello! Did you by chance were able to save the coordinates of the first location near lake crowley? Thank you!
I did not. But it’s so big and open, if you search for Sheppards Hot Springs, you cant miss it. It’s owen’s river and it stretches out everywhere around there. Here are the coordinates for Shepards Hot Springs

@@YeepLife thank you
Great video! I was wondering if you would kindly give some info that would help my family and I get to the Mono Lake campsite
Here are exact coordinates below. It’s a gem. Enjoy!

Thank you so much. Also the first spot by Owens river is that an established campsite?

I did not save the coordinates for Owen’s campsite. It’s BLM, no reservation required. if you search for Sheppards Hot Springs, you cant miss it. It’s Owen’s river and it stretches for miles around there. Here are the coordinates for Shepards Hot Springs

Totally Filipino style........
where is the exact location in the owens river? we are getting a van soon and planning for disperse camping as well😊

Why do you have a million dollar car but a 10 cent beer? You got photography skillz.
After spending on the Jeep and mods, all i had left was 10 cents 😂. Thanks for watching.
Might want to check out Iron Canyon Reservoir in Big Bend @@YeepLife
The Philippines is surrounded by seas.... why be surprised by a tiny river????
Huh?
Hey is it possible to bring a utv out here??? Or is it not allowed?
To be honest i’m not sure if UTV’s are allowed. I didn’t see any sign that said “No OHV” allowed. I didnt see any ATV or UTV out there.
At 8:18 on the owens river... is it hard to get to that section?
No not really. There was a bit of a muddy section which i feel most there try to avoid from getting stuck. So maybe why no one really dared to get pass it, which made it clear for us. Ha.
Is this south of benton crossing ?
If you are referring to the Mono lake area, then yes it is.

Now no one is allowed to camp at the first spot from people abusing it. Sick.
Well that certainly sucks if your statement is true. Not sure what rules are in place around there as of current. When i was there, it was considered BLM.
@@YeepLife was there last week they gated that whole area next to the water off from people and their campers and rigs camping there and making fires and leaving trash.
Probably from people blazing their own trail right next to a dirt road
You're supposed to be quiet when boondocking.... you guys are loud.....the dog barking will make you guys a target for rolling eyes by your neighbors.... try to stay quiet next time...
Huh? We are dispersed camping not boon docking. Besides, it’s day time. No need for no Karen’s to complain bout a dog!
Your Ram buddy needs to learn to drive with his mirrors in the normal position and not out for towing. That’s total deutch move. Does he have a badass barbed wire tattoo also? What a cliché.
Wow... You insecure, much?
