Many years ago in my 20s, I lost 60+ pounds with yoga and pilates, and I was enjoying clothes shopping for the first time in my life, I had the same emotional moment when I put on a dress and didn't want to cry. Now in my 40s I've gained all the weight back+ and I'm getting into the carnivore journey so I can get back to that feeling. I'm SO happy for you! You're doing an amazing job!

Congratulations 🎉 on our journey we bought clothes slightly on the tight side and sure enough within weeks/months they became too big but unlike any other diets we knew we didn’t have to keep them (we always used to because our weight would come back). We donated any clothes that became too big to charity shops and we never went back up in weight this past 4 1/2 years. (btw I cried with you Amanda such an inspiring moment).
