My lock did not come with a word. I have no way to unlock it OR instructions to reset it.

thanks i set this code as a kid and tried dart to see if it work then I went to fart and of course thats what code i changed it to when i was 12

I recommend at least if you use a cable lock make it 20 mm or greater.

Yes, it is a basic cable combo lock. It is a base level security that works fine for some but may leave more to be desired from others.
The average person could pick this lock in 2mins or less. jUNK!!!!
Dude one minute! this is a one minute deterrent! Absolute trash, I could watch someone guess the word on one of these in the same time it took someone who knows the code and not know who was stealing the bike versus the owner just unlocking it

you should sell or promote these locks if you care for your customers it gives
it gives them a false sense of security ,i have never used cable or chain lock thinner than 10 mm .
you should be tell people to buy Motorcycle locks or chains thicker and better
Get a number lock
i bought this lock last summer, i forgot the damn word. i was able to bypass and crack the password in about 2 minutes

The actual combo lock mechanism is of such poor design that you can crack the combo within 10 seconds if you know how it works. I would never buy a WordLock.
Get an other word lock and cut it
The only thing that you did was open the package and open the lock. It doesn't take a brain scientists to do that!!!! HAVE A AWESOME DAY AND BE SAFE 😷

This bike lock is a piece of crap save your money because your bike will get stolen with it i know because mine did you will need to by another bike they should not sell this it is false advertising it will not give you piece of mind. THEY SHOULD PUT ON THE PACKAGE WARNING THIS IS JUST A PAPER WEIGHT THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO KEEP THIEVES OUT.
