- Hey, ya'll! Today's video is for the NEW MOON IN CANCER (occurring July 5th, 2024). This new moon is a good time to "concentrate on new ways to enhance family life and domestic affairs, and to build up your feelings of security and safety,". (source: cafeastrology.com/events/new-... ). We will be doing poses that help to activate the Root Chakra to increase feelings of safety & security. We'll end in a short meditation with some affirmations. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. Come out of any postures that don't feel right & take rests if you need to.
