You have helped me so much! Can you tell us what you know about scar tissue? I had a C-section in 1983 ( horizontal cut) and sometimes feel diffuse abdominal pain unrelated to movement. I massage, push pull the scar area and that helps for awhile. It feels like scar tissue is winding around my abdomen at times. Any thoughts and insights you have are valuable to me.
These will help me enormously. Some I'm familiar with but there's a few new ones I will add in. I must be consistent. I tend to slack off after a while. Must not do that. Thanks much.

Such great exercises! Thank you! I’m a dancer, and have deep S.I. area muscle/ligament spasms on left side only. Half way through my classes it starts spasming, and even stretching does not relieve it. This started after a car accident about a year ago. Hoping these exercises help.

It's like you know exactly what's going on in my life. I went dancing over the weekend, after not going in months, and my right hip is extremely sore on the outside and in the area between my hip and ribs. I've used a foam roller and massage ball and it helped a little bit but mostly just bruised me. Idk what else to do. So, thanks for this video.
Dr. Rowe, you're always just in time with what ales me. I have a more advanced version of the lie back leg lift wherein I use a dip station resting on my forearms. Turning my legs inward was a nice addition. Do you have any recommendations for someone who has scar tissue buildup around the hip socket? ~23 years of skateboarding at 38, I feel like the little hard balls are impeding my hip mobility also. In fact, in 2011 It had been is so bad that circular/sweeping movements hurt almost every time I did them but on day I fell onto a ramp so hard and perfectly under my right hip socket that 2 weeks later the pain was gone.
Question. When I do the psoas stretch with my foot up on the chair I feel a lot of pull in the top of my kneecap of the standing leg. Very strong pull/stabbing to the point of pain with very little stretching happening yet. Thank you so much for these videos! I've used several with great success. Hoping these hip videos will help with the nagging pain in my left hip!
Another excellent video ,with clear, comprehensive exercises. Could you possibly give us some help with stretching and strengthening the tendons running from either side of the ankle onto the top of the foot, which in my case are pretty sore, but I am sure many other people would appreciate it too. Hey doc I’m a big fan of your videos. Through your content and other research that I have done, I have discovered that I have lateral hip snapping on both sides. So when I rotate my hips outward and extend my legs, I get that snapping sensation. What are some stretches and strengthening exercises you would recommend for lateral hip snapping?
These are very good. Sometimes when I go for a run my left leg hurts right where it's attatched to the pelvis. It feels like someone needs to pull on my leg in order to crack it. I wonder if there is a method to pull your own leg?
DrRowe my right hip hurts because I felt about fifteen yrs ago, I tried to follow your instructions but I couldn't do too much, it hurts when I'm sleeping. Do you recommend for me to keep trying?

(Also, thank you for the videos💖💖!!!!) - After sitting for nearly 26 hours, my back has locked up and is stiff as all day now(even after the chiro), and once a week ive been workig a job that does 8-16 hours of driving - so my stiff back wakes me up and is stiff always now and everytime i bedn over - what are the 2/3 best excercises to do now for it, and, moving forward if i do that once a week job of sitting all day????? I can only afford the chiro once every 5-6 weeks, hence my questions
Not medical advice, but i find magnesium glycinate or citrate and vitamin D3 so helpful for muscle aches and nerve pain, unfortunately no doctor ever recommended i try this. They've helped me sleep better. Magnesium spray (i like mine w lavender oil) was also such a godsend for twitching and cramping though i needed lotion afterwards as it's a bit itchy as it dries.

Hello sir a big fan from India.. Pls tell me i have a severe hip pain + snapping hip + bursitis it's been a month and I'm suffering from thht all.. Will these excercises help??
Bursitis is very painful I've had it in my shoulder, hip and knee all on the right side in the past couple of years. I usually sleep on the right side so I've had to learn to sleep in a different position. I also had sciatica at the same time. You should look at bursitis videos before doing these because sometimes it needs rest and not stretching.
@@anjitakhandelwal5040I had a bakers cyst in my knee last year and needed a walking stick for a while. I know it's hard to motivate yourself when it's painful but I now realise the less I moved the more weak my thigh muscles become. Good luck

Mine do it sometimes as well. Popping with pain is not good, stop doing the exercize. What helped for me is finding exercizes for the hamstring and glutes which doesn't activate the popping. After getting the muscles in shape it starts to disappear. Last week it appeared again, I found that doing squats with the legs faceing a little outward is good (make sure that your knee and feet are facing the same direction)
Yes your channel is very helpful but is there any way you can slow down your talking. I can't hear and understand as fast as you talk. Maybe it's just me. Thank you for all you do to help.
Easier said n watched than done...when i cant wear my underware, pants or socks...or pickup anything that falls ?? Legs dont stay side by side when knees are bent...get crossed at ankels or else tremendous pain...even with two diclofenacs a day 😪

Herniated discs keep me from playing soccer and working out. It doesn't hurt all the time, but when it does, it does.
