Mirror glaze - Carrot Cake

A different way to make Carrot cake cheesecake but entremet paired with cheese mousse and orange cream just delicious, with a beautiful gleaming mirror glaze also this recipe makes two cakes 20cm round so I glaze two cakes but one of the cakes is glazed with the leftover glaze 😀 stay tuned
