I've got a few Inkbird products (not just for brewing) and they are all good value for money and very reliable, unlike some of the cheaper options. No sponsorship or anything they are just good products.
Nice product I have 3pcs of wifi versions, 2 for brewing and one for technical room ventilation. One improvement for inkbird: please also make a popup in mobile if alarm goes off when fridge is shortcircuited😅

Not sure it's worth paying extra for the wifi version. Never got it to work properly in my network and the app isn't great. I use mine pretty much like in this video. The basic functions are good for sure and it's a neat, affordable product. Perhaps the main reason to get the wifi version would be to safeguard against buttons that might break, long term..

I don't use the itc-308. I use the 110vac itc-1000. Generally about half the price but you need to wire them up yourself. $28 U.S. vs. $12+ depending where you buy it. I already had several lighting control boxes with dual outlets to use. I cut out fit them and wire them in myself. So it was definitely cheaper for me. If you do not have outlets and boxes it may cost enough to negate the savings unless you're wiring them in directly. Otherwise the itc-308 is basically like a power strip. Easier and still fairly cheap. Fairly easy for someone with basic electrical knowledge to wire one. I currently have 4. One of which has been continuously running for a few years. No issues or failures with any yet.
I have it aswell and it´s great. I like them both. But if you want a ready to go product the Inkbird is a NO-brainer I think. I also think the setup is a little more easy than my STC-1000´s.

Thanks, the camera cuts are mostly there to hide my mistakes to be honest. Not to be fancy.
