hi guys! im just saying some actual tips. im not like hating or anything. but i dieted for so long and i only gained weight. so heres real tips. drink water! up to 1 gallon! have smaller plates of food. ( what im saying is u can have more than that but eat untill your full. dont over eat. do some sort of exercise. it could be as simple as riding a bike. or walking around you yard. have a great day! your beautiful
If you are struggling read this~ I know I’m young but I would just like to say that, In 7th grade I was in a very dark place. I couldn’t feel much emotion and I had thoughts of revenge and the other things. But God saved me, he gave me the people in my life and he showed himself to me. Even in my darkest days he was there with me, he never left me. One day while I was in bed I started to pray with my hand to the sky and I felt something holding my hand. At that very moment I knew it was him. I repent of all of the sins I have committed. I am ready to begin a new life with him. There is still time to repent love one another and believe in Christ for he will forgive you❤️ He helped me in hard times he will help you too:)
if ur a sweet tooth and add sugar to everything but stevia because it will give ur drink or food more flavor and make it sweet. Don’t add to much tho at least 1,2 packs is good
I'm was at 147 when I was in the hospital I didn't had an appetite for anything cause I was lost in the head when I had anxiety and it wasn't good either plus I still have it which means I have a Better opportunity of getting to the lowest weight I can get to while I'm like that, I don't like being like that but hopefully this will help

u dont need to starve yourself esp if rice is your staple food. u can always eat rice but use the healthy plate method cut all sugar and process food thats all👍
If you are smart enough to know that, then you must know that we burn around 2000-3000 calories per day by doing regular activities :) so this will eventually lead to weight loss !
