Big thanks to Jack for being on this episode! Pick up "Set Myself On Fire" here:
I love jack! Wish the world would go back to bands like the grunge era, it was the last great era of band recording 😭
Jack is an incredible human. This rules.
Jack is a great guy. And so knowledgeable. The musicians that record with him are going to learn alot. He is a great musician and in the studio....he is like a gourmet chef in a kitchen. Glad he is still doing his thing.
What a great interview. I would love to work with Jack, he seems so chilled and calm. You can imagine just feeling at ease and being guided by his experience!
his work with windhand is incredible
Jack is an amazing player 🙌🏽
Jack's solo albums are pretty damn good. It's grunge as it was meant to be played.
Great stuff!!! Jack is the best! The massive sounds of his earlier albums are legendary!
“I’m not crazy picky about mics…I don’t have those kinds of ears.” Great episode.
Great podcast guys, Endino rocks
Using an EQ after the compressor for those peskier drum frequencies is a gem!
Jacks guitar playing is so unique creative and visceral
Would dope to hear the newly unearthed seattle hip hop stuff
I got to mix a record with Jack. Sons of Hippies “Griffons at the Gates of Heaven”. Great experience
Thank you for this conversation Justin! Great idea to get in touch with someone like Endino. Would love to see more talks with more „niche“ people who don’t have to necessarily hit certain standards when it comes to modern production.
Great video, many good tips, thanks.
I can’t wait to try a beta on guitars
Thanks!!!
