Yamaha R1 2009-2014 OEM cam chain tensioner CCT unlocking and locking for instalation

Guide how to lock and unlock tensioner for yamaha r1 2009 to 2014 crossplain engine. OEM tesnioner part number 1KB-12210-02. Sorry about shaky fingers towards end of video but it was quite intense tension so i got tired 😀
