Hi Andrea! Mira ranges can be highly individual so the main thing is the up- and downwards trends! Also, I'm naturally low estrogen (both blood levels and Mira readings) and had no problems getting pregnant with my kids in my 40's (got my youngest at 45)

@@andreapoole4778 I'm soon 46 and my youngest and our 3rd is still a newborn and will be our last event hough I had a textbook pregnancy and no complications at all, I just want to breastfeed as long asI want to and not get back into ttc by now. They monitored us closely due to my age but I felt great and worked until 2days before delivery. Yes, women in their 40's still can have healthy pregnancies, I had all my children after turning 40 and also suffered 2miscarriages in between, I had relatively low estrogen and low follicle counts even much younger than 40 but never had issues with that so I always will say it only takes one egg and itis trueeven for us after40. I'm rooting for you and all other ladies following you here!

I have been watching u for a while and pray for u to conceive!! I'm 44 as well and ttc I do ovulation every month get my peak and I feel the pinch so I think I ovulated ... well surprise this month I guess I didn't ovulate when the test said I did and ovulated @ cd 23 and I am preganat just found out im totally shocked so maybe just because u are getting a peak like I was and assuming I ovulated maybe just maybe your ovulating later just a thought. Congratulations that’s amazing! The letrozole has been very dependable which is great because I use donor sperm as you probably know already and I only use one syringe so I only have one shot at getting it right. So I’m glad that the letrozole has helped me pinpoint ovulation so that I can time everything the way I need to. I’m so happy for you and I hope everything goes well for you!♥️♥️
Happy belated birthday! :) I noticed Mira also tracks FSH which is a separate wand, I’ve been eyeing the Mira for a while. I’ve been using Easy at Home FSH (25 mI) strips to keep an eye on that now as well. I’ve never had to track FSH until this month. If it’s too high it severely affects fertility, and in Peri it can spike unexpectedly depending on where you are in the cycle and if your hormones are imbalanced. Are you tracking your FSH by chance? I have to track it until it’s back under control from that horrible Clomid experience I’d mentioned in the other comment.
I kind of like the benefit of Letro targeting breast cancer issues, in a strange way it makes me feel like it’s an added bonus considering it runs in my family. I just wish I didn’t get the joint pain issues...
It’s funny how we slowly realize we can fill alllll the extra prescriptions and save them. Eventually you get to where you aren’t as nervous to experiment because some of this really is a guessing game. One thing I DO know about Letro, I accidentally started it too late one time, day 5 - 9 and nada, the follicle fully matured but I ovulated around CD28 and started my period inmediately after :/
I’ve read several schools of thought on Letro. Day 1-5 more eggs ovulate sooner; Day 2-6 more eggs more mature, stronger ovulation; 3-7 “happy medium” fewer eggs, more mature, solid ovulation; 5-9 one very strong fully mature egg (versus multiples). The ten day method is interesting but it makes sense, I guess in theory it fully matures the numerous eggs that arise from Day 1.

Hi thanks for being here! Well, my opks are always positive because of my high fsh and lh all the time. But some people that are entering perimenopause may still have hormones that are still pretty normal and you can still depend on the opks being accurate. Sounds like yours are still going to work for you. I will never have a negative unless I have extremely diluted urine, which of course, is not an accurate way to take any of these tests. You always want concentrated urine. So anyway, if you want, there are certain tests you can take to test whether or not you are heading into perimenopause. I think there’s even a test I saw at Walmart. Check it out and let me know! How old are you? Average age is around 45 but just depends on your body. I hope this helps a little?😊♥️

. Pretty sure levels need to be up before ovulation, I think Alex and Phil talk about,,,, Google says,,Just before ovulation, normal estradiol levels can range from 110 to 410 pg/mL. Ideally, estradiol levels should reach about 400 pg/mL prior to ovulation,,,

Taking letrozole can also make your estrogen look lower than it is.

Andrea im in pre menopausal too but i haven't gone to a doctor because the last time i told my obgyn she ask me if i dont think im too old andd i think that was difficultly to say .but im trying on my own with my husband. Do think i should take estrogen.
Well, like me you’re more than likely low in estrogen. It’s just natural being the age that we are. I would say have both estrogen and progesterone tested and if you need to supplement, then you can definitely supplement with those two after ovulation. Like what I’m doing. 🙏♥️
Please be careful with estrogen! Don’t just start taking it without testing and knowledge.
You really should talk to invetro, specilist of Alex and Phil u tubers, she I remember saying her estrogen was too low and upping her levels helped get her pregnant, critical to get pregnant and not misscarry. If you were pregnant and loss the pregnancy this is why, I've heard many share on this ,, praying you can get a second opinion.

Ovulation too early don't have enough lining right?
Sometimes that’s the case yes. So this time was perfect ovulation thanks to the letrozole! Plus, I’m taking estrogen to help boost things and for a better lining now that I have already ovulated.♥️
Have you trying pre seed or Mucinex to make sure your CM is ideal for the sperm?
My natural cm on Tuesday was fertile. But even though it was , I still use Baby Dance that was recommended by Dr. Marc Sklar. 😁♥️
