Cool, Video. I'll have to get my 150cc running. The Battery keeps draining every time I charge it and then use it to start my scooter. I'm not sure it's the battery or something else like a short. I checked everything.

4:18 that white fan, I just want to tell everyone don't buy the orange or blue or colored fans they're junk, I had 3 of the fins broken off I didn't notice it til I was changing my exhaust. There is a nice black fan out there that looks like the stock white one, it is probably the only one out right now that is better than the white one.

Hello, thanks for the great videos and helpful content. I have my 150cc gy6 cylinder, piston and head completely off and there is a good amount of carbon build up. What is the best way to remove it all in general and also without removing the valves from the casing? Or do I have to remove them?
Hello David the best thing to clean everything is carburetor cleaner amzn.to/3laui0w spray and a little of super fine sand paper and a tooth brush but make sure you put gloves and eye protection is very important . Thank you for watching my video and be safe

Hello my friend if turn over slow that is not good remove the sparkplug spray little silicone wd 40 reinstall the spark plug and try to start again if it the scooter go on turn off the engine right away you could have a problem with a slightly seized piston from running your scooter to hot with little oil or running scooter to lean best solution buy a new cylinder and piston kit for gy6 but you need to make sure you buy a 57mm for A Block or B Block . Hello if you do that your belt will not be aligned and the belt will wear and break faster plus if the spacer to thick will pusch and scratch the rear part of the cvt cover

Im happy with this channel please help me i want to make my engine 58mm, everybody have different combinations, i want mine with srp head and piston, cam i dont know maybe 11, clutch flywheel koso. Carburator I want Koso 30mm for 58mm, I have the 28mm with jets and cam @14 right know with clutch bang jin flywheel stock, header.

Hello Peter I never try to do that I don' t think is going to do anything to the motor but if is not matching perfectly you may damage the piston because the inside wall may not match if you see any leaks or scratching sound stop the motor Thank you for watching my video

Hi, if you're referring to the hose attached to the valve cover that should be connected underneath your air filter box on a GY6 150cc scooter, that's called the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV). Thank you for watching my video

Hello Feedmouth you need to remove the belt to place the transmission gasket but you do not really need a gasket in the inside the cvt cover is 10 years that I ride without the gasket . Thank you for watching my video

Hello my friend the best way is to remove the part of the engine where the spark plug is located and bring to a good mechanic to retread the spark plug hole to a larger spark plug size that is what I will do try to go on this group on FB Chinese Project Scooters there you will find many great members that are very helpful .
