- Walter goes around to Olivia's apartment to explain to her how Peter came to be in our Universe scene from Peter. Fringe belongs to Warner Bros. Entertainment NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT intended.
Anyone needs proof that John Noble is one of the greatest actors of all time just needs to watch this episode. Probably watched 100 times my self and still get chills every time at the beginning and end.
Olivia just looks and sounds so defeated. You can clearly tell that seeing Peter "glimmer" just absolutely crushed her.
She looks sooo heart broken
I love the look Olivia gives Walter when he shows at her door...like "really...you...now??"
The whole episode is all on Noble's shoulders...he more than rises to the occasion..
gimme my alcoholic Olivia back already!!!!!
Ok, so I thought like, Olivia lives in an Apartment apartment, not like a condo-style apt. Like the time when that guy who gets other kids from jacksonville experiment sick by just coming in contact with him, and he tracks down Olivia and forces his way into her apartment from like a common hallway.....
what i dont get is why doesnt walter use the window now that they need to know what's going on?
It got destroyed
It still annoys me even now that they never said what Peter's illness was, like they couldn't even try to come up with something, it kind of took something away from the story them not explaining that! I mean just say some kind of cancer, there are so many different types, it would have been better then just repeatedly having Walter saying he was sick, wasting away, say what it is!
It's like the whole no name for Olivia's father or stepfather, shelving the story that started in the 1st season about her abusive stalking stepfather, and Peters ex girlfriend and Big Eddie, all to focus it all on the alternate universe trying to destroy ours or steal Peter back! So many wasted stories!
I just rewatched the ep yesterday so it is fresh in my mind, but they do have Walter tell Peter in season 1 ep 10 (Safe) that doctors hadn't seen it before but their closest diagnosis was Hepea, a rare form of bird flu.
Truth
This is 2.16, not 2.15.
Thanks I have changed it.
