I just made this tonight and the result was perfect. I made only half the recipe since this was my first time doing it. For those in the USA my measurements were 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup yogurt, 3/4 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, a little less than 1 teaspoon baking powder. Remember this is for HALF the recipe in the video, so double those measurements if you want more. My first one did not puff up but I realized it's because my pan was not hot enough so be patient and make sure the pan has heated before you cook them. Sometimes just flipping them would encourage them to puff up. Great, easy recipe. Will use frequently. Thank you!

I just made this bread, with rough estimates to half the recipe. Ran out of white flour and used wheat to sprinkle on the counter. The dough didn’t need to rise. Just made the dough and cooked it in the pan right away. The thinner you roll it out, the better. Although you keep it thick, it is also delicious, just make sure to cook it through. Make sure the pan is very hot before you put the dough on it. My halved recipe made four large round pieces of bread which our kids and I promptly ate. It is so good fresh out of the pan. Add a bit more salt to the recipe and douse in butter before you eat. It’s so delicious
I like this recipe because it's fast. You don't need to bake it in the oven like biscuits so it keeps the house cooler in summer. I think you could change this many ways by putting different herbs and spices either in with the flour or in with the melted butter. From U.S.A. ❤💖💙💚💛💜💟🇺🇸

I really liked this recipe being a food enthusiast who loves to cook and eat I would definitely try this..by the way *I am from INDIA* 😊🇮🇳🇮🇳
I like to try this at home. Thank you for sharing. I am from Bali Indonesia .
Then you will know that we call this roti or naan. And it tastes yummy with chole.
Thank you!
May I ask is it all purpose flour or bread flour? Thankyou!
@@asrah14 It's usually all purpose. That's the go-to in a lot of baking now days.
@@asrah14 yes, I used all purpose flour
Can I use wheat flour?
How hot was the pan? High heat? Medium heat?
Greetings from India 🙏🏻… thank you for sharing such lovely tasty recipes. ♥️♥️♥️
It’s very similar to naan and you could also stuff it with potatoes / cheese ( paneer) / garlic & spices etc
Exactly 👈
Hi. How do you do that? Do you include those extra ingredients in the dough or at the end like in this recipe?
@@euhdaccord4462
Yess we include the potato-paneer stuffing in the portions of the dough
And then roll the dough and bake as per your choice.
만들기도 쉽고 너무 맛있겠어요 😊꼭 만들어서 먹겠습니다 :-)) 감사합니다 ❤ 🇰🇷
❤
It will taste exactly like naan
Спасибо Вам за такой классный рецепт лепешки!!! Попробую приготовить,я проживаю в Узбекистане!!!

Perfect 👌, best video EVER.. 🎉 I'm going to try it. 😊 Thanks again. Columbia SC.
I tried to make it today…. They turned out sooo good …. In addition I added some olive oil while I made the dough…. Thank you for the easy and delicious recipe.. I’m from Canada 🍁
Which type of flour did you add ??
What type of yogurt did you use?
@@pvpgamingtamilyt6178 it would be all purpose or plain flour

Looks delicious and very simple. Do you let the dough rest when you cover it? Or do you right away start rolling it with the rolling pin?
I love your recipe base. I turned this into a savory pita for breastfeeding and healthy digestion. My hubby and I ❤️ making our foods from scratch. We made homemade falafel 🧆 and pita 🫓 for dinner.
That's a great idea..I have falafel on the menu tomorrow..will add this pita bread too😊
You right my husband loves my falafel and this will really top the cake instead of buying pitas
I'm from India and will definitely try this. Looks yum. The combination of butter and parsley made it all the more mouth watering.
They had me at warm bread and butter!!!
Why would u try, look at your home kitchen definitely your has mom prepared it for u. U are Indian atleast recognize what it is duhhhhh...😑
@@konkonabagchi6440 it's a bit different from roti tho.. So why not try this too ☺
@@yibozhansbaby7445 yeah u can say tortillas? Go to supermarket u will get it. Plus I don't find any difference in it. Atleast they should say it's been inspired from Indian cuisine or atleast Asian, acceptable. But without credits I won't shut up.....
This is purely plagerism...😤
4 su bardagi un denmiş ama bardak küçük sanırım 480 gr yazılmışta birde ölçüler daha az kullanılsa yine 1 paket kabartma tozu uygun olur mu acaba
1 su bardagi 110 - 120 gram ( ben kek tarzi tariflerde 110 grami baz aliyorum hamur isi tariflerde 120 gram olarak denk geliyor..)
This is one of the very few “10 minute bread” recipes I’ve seen that actually only takes 10 mins! Thanks for the great video, I’m looking forward to trying this!

@@elenaklassen601 в видео йогурт оч.густой, если заменить кефиром нарушатся пропорции ингредиентов, поэтому и спросила про сметану. Спасибо за ответ.🥰 Попробую.

Just about to try this. Greetings from Sri Lanka. Thank you for keeping it simple. Looking forward to warm bread on a chilly morning in these troubled times. May you all be blessed with good health 🙏

If u roll it out to be very thin, it becomes a roti! That is an Indian flatbread ( it does not necessarily use yogurt though)
ممتعةرائع
How much baking powder did you use
Thanks for the tip 👍 😀

I like this recipe because it's fast. You don't need to bake it in the oven like biscuits so it keeps the house cooler in summer. I think you could change this many ways by putting different herbs and spices either in with the flour or in with the melted butter. From U.S.A. ❤💖💙💚💛💜💟🇺🇸
Nice demonstration and you have shown the process, thankq
