Daniel. I would like to Thank you for just sharing your days with us without having product placement of things that I’m sure companies have approached you about advertising for them. Most of the UA-cam farming channels do it for obvious reasons ( making Money or getting free stuff) but I believe it makes your channel more enjoyable. Thank you again !!
Great video. Man oh life are y’all going to have a job repairing the wheel bearing and shaft seal on the 8285. Good luck on that job just be careful. Stay safe and hope your harvest continues to go well. Hugs to the family.💙
The only bad thing about having a 2nd milo head or (Sucker Head) on Milo plants is if they are still green when you combine it and it makes your moisture go way up . Thanks for the video Daniel !
Hello, Those chopper blades are ready to use the other new side before they wear down any more! Dull blades requires a lot more fuel! When replacing a blade replace corresponding blades with new to keep it balanced every time! Lower small heads are suckers. Extra tall heads are outcrosses from the hybrid . They are called bastard heads.
Daniel. Always enjoy your drone footage and video been watching since the start of your channel. Great job, my man, and God bless the family and your team on the farm. It's simply awesome brother!
I've suggested to numerous farm channels, buy a couple laser temperature guns from Harbor Freight (about $25.00 each) and when you're done running the combine lift the side covers and check bearing temperatures. Can also check temps on axle bearings, thermostat temps, a/c evap cores, bin fan bearings, etc.
Daniel I really think if you would plant your milo a month early you would make 120 to 130 bushel milo!! We plant our milo about the April 15 and we cut around 120 to 130 milo. Just give a try. Just saying. The cost of milo is half the cost of corn and you know corn prices are low this year. On a another note how are y’all making any money on 79 cent cotton. We had 1 farmer plant 290 acres of cotton and he picked 2and half bales per acre and he told me he didn’t make any money on his cotton. He farms about 12000 acres but most of it is in sugar cane around 6000 acres. That’s where the money at. Thank god we can grow sugar cane here in central part of La. We are about 1 hour from Baton Rouge west of it. We are mostly on the Mississippi River. Real good ground!! Hope y’all have a good year growing grain. It just cost so much money to farm today buddy!!😁🙋🏼♂️👍🙏🏻
Morning Granny from Ohio Daniel I've had to change a few of the chopper knives myself and somebody must put them on with a more powerful tool than what I own
I certainly enjoy the videos but your drone footage is outstanding. It also gives a hint at the scale of your operation. Looks like the tractor repair is going to be very time consuming.
I have changed many chopper knives and I believe you are supposed to turn the head of the bolt, something about the lock nuts are designed not to turn, check the manual.
Daniel, do you have any merchandise left? I would like to buy another blue long sleeve T shirt. Those are the most comfortable shirts. Keep the videos coming. 👍🏻
Milo is a drought crop . That's why it is doing so good. Mainly grown in Texas , Oklahoma and Kansas. You have the best drone work in UA-cam. Glad to see the Boss man on top of everything. Take care Daniel and you and the guys stay safe !!!
I can't believe you haven't had more problems with seals and bearings on that tractor with all that three point equipment you hang on the back of that tractor!!!!
Good morning Granny hope your doing fine. What weather Window open, fan running 65 ° At 2::00 in the morning. Last two days have been that way. Hopefully you feel good enough to pass out candy tonight. HAPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃👻🎃👻🎃👻 TAKE CARE !!!
