You could delve more into the music history side and talk about things such as impressionism vs expressionism (how they both came from different painting styles and talk about famous composers Brahms = impressionist and Schoenberg = expressionist). Or perhaps talk about minimalism, atonality, or neo-classical music. I'm not quite sure what's covered in music appreciation, but maybe briefly talk about famous composers and the time period their in?
I have a really difficult time analyzing Impressionistic music and music from the Middle Ages. Many pieces don't seem to be guided by form or tonal blueprint. Most of the time, all I can say to describe these kinds of pieces is "The harmony/melody starts here, and goes there. Why? Because it does."
I have already commented on the fugue video, but Ill leave a comment here aswell. I was thinking that an analysis of a well known piece (like toccata and fugue) with informative subtitles while the piece is played would be pretty cool. Awesome channel btw, keep doing what your doing. The only complaint is that sometimes text is on the screen for a very short while and i have to pause and rewind.
Possibly a classical music 101 volume set of videos? Like ever so often you highlight 3-4 classical musicians per volume, and briefly explain their impact/unique style? This could easily be spread out over a long time to give time to do other videos and research, etc. There is so much great classical music I don't know about. Oh, and maybe a Frank Zappa video? He worked on this machine/computer to compose some of his music later in life.
Would love to see bio videos of great composers 15-20 minutes long and analysis of famous classical works. Also would be cool to do videos such as "What are the hallmarks of a Mozart piece?" or "What are the hallmarks of a Bach piece?"

I commented on another video but I'll comment here sincr you need some suggestion: this channel is awesome and has some potential but I feel it needs a lot of work and adjustements: for example: work on the content itself, pick a format and use it in all the videos maybe change it to a better one later(for example the fugue video is a descent format with the animation, fonts etc..) -work on elegant thumbnail, not cheap unattractive 90's font thumbnail, for example kurzgzagt channel has pretty good thumbnail and title -PICK A NICHE: don't change from subject to subject: you niche might be: music theory videos, music appreciation videos: who is bach, Beethoven mozart etcc.., how to videos etcc.. Don't do crappy rap battles or unrelated content. and I insist with picking a good niche cause its what will make you channel stand out from the crowd -stay like this for say 2 years with constant uploads and you might hit that 1 million sub maybe 2 and dollars out of it good luck
