I'm still giggling after the "elephant walk" it was so much fun! Feeling so happy that I can't stop smiling!!! Many thanks to you sweet Brett for you amazing and very important input in my wellbeing! You are true gem! Have a wonderful day and till the next time. Namaste xxx
Love all your last videos focused on the immune system ! Also, a great introduction to Kundalini ! Thank you so much Brett, you're an amazing teacher, you're explaining everything so well, I'm glad I found you on UA-cam when I wanted to go back to yoga :-) Namaste
Kundalini Kriyas! Yesssss more please 💕 these yogic technologies have completely evolved my entire existence into a consistent state of health + happiness 🙏
I really appreciate how you’ve had modifications. A lot of kundalini teachers don’t do that. Thank you. I wish I could afford to join uplifted right now but I’ve been laid off. I really appreciate everything you’re doing. Thank you
Same, I felt a real change and a deep relaxation after the elephant walk! Amazing!! Thank's for your good vibes and this sharing of love and good practice Brett, Namastééé
Thank you so much Brett, I’ve been following your videos since last summer and I just love you and your happy way of teaching 🙏🏼 learning yoga slowly through you 💗✨💗
This was my first Kundalini class and I was always a little nervous to try it as I had heard some interesting things but it was wonderful! My body feels as though it has expanded and a sense of walking on air. Thank you for sharing such amazing lessons and energy with us 💖
Finally a well-done video for this kriya! A few months ago I was looking for this in the whole internet and couldn't find anything that would work for me. So thank you! A funny thing though: I always get this totally irrational feeling of irritation when the tune-in is sung in a different way than I am used to (it seems too slow, with the syllables too long) - does anybody know whether there is any standard way of doing it or is it just everybody's choice? Thanks!
Thank you for this video! I like it very much 🧘🏼♂️😊 I can’t find the meditation you suggested would be good with this Kriya - can you please write it again? Namaste from Mette 😊🧘🏼♂️
Lovely class! I’m recovering from COVID and missing my usual class … this was perfect! I am interested to do the meditation mentioned at the end, but I can’t seem to find the link …. My mind is still a little COVID fuzzy I think!
Thank you for this! Where is the link for the recommended meditation? Also - I am an uplifted member but can't find this kriya in the app. Can you point me in the right direction to find it? Thank you!
Hi Brett, I would like to ask about your personal opinion on practicing yoga either before breakfast or after. I know It's a little off-topic but how I would greatly appreciate your answer in relation to slowing down the metabolism in this case / practising yoga with a full stomach. I have done 18 days challenge, now detox challenge and still can't find the right answer for me. Maybe someone here can tell sth from own experiece? Thank you very much ! I am sending the blast of energy for all of u guys
Great question! It is traditionally suggested to practice on an empty stomach, but you find what feels right for your body!! Some folks get nauseous practicing with food in their stomach, others on an empty stomach. So it really comes down to personal preference. Thank you so much for practicing with me!!!
Hi Brett, I'm currently doing Sadhana. I'm using this Kriya, followed by 1 hour chanting afterwards . Do I need to incorporate savasana before I enter the 1 hour chant? I'm asking as there seems to be savasana mid-Kriya already. Or, do I go straight to chanting after elephant walk, since this walks set us up for meditation? Thanks so much for your light!
Brett, thank you once again for an awe-some class! Just finished this one after doing the 10 minute for for breathwork:-) Which link is the one you suggest clicking on to do the 20 minute meditation to compliment this class? would love to try it. Happy Full Strawberry Moon in Sagittarius/ Lunar eclipse. ~Namaste Kelli
