“It took half a second to tell that doctor what his job is”. Classic Sutter matter of fact and to the point. Love it

There is a lot of garbage in sports, egos, violence, substance abuse, crime you name it. This family that is such a huge presence in the NHL shines like a beacon in the night. Darryl and Wanda and Chris bring class to the LA Kings and Los Angeles. Thanks, Sutter family

I was so sad when LA let Sutter go. They did so much for our franchise and Chris brought a lot of happiness and joy to us fans. Thank you!

Yeah, well I was happy when he came back to Calgary. He and assistant coach Martin Gelinas helped them through their best season in years.

So that's why the Kings won......Chris...he brings something to the team that no team has: heart. Encouragement. Support. Love.
I wish I can meet him one day.

I'm about Chris's age and grew up watching the flames in the early 2000's. My dad had season tickets a few rows over from Chris and his effect on the fans was amazing. He'd always be busting out the dance moves, starting chants and getting everyone hyped up.

Without Chris I'm not sure if the LA Kings would have won the cup. He was such an inspiration in the stance to us fans and the team. Chris will always be a champion.

The Sutters and the Plagers, none tougher, none harder working, none with bigger hearts.

Kind glossed over how Sutter won the Cup in Calgary, but the league changed the definition of a goal, that apparently crossing the goal line wasn't enough to count, it had to hit the back of the net

With all the ugliness in Hollywood this is a good antidote. The Sutter family is a class act. We miss Darryl, but one of my friends went to the Tampa Bay game last week and Chris was there dancing again. The crows went nuts.

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Heb 9:27)
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:8-9)
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)
I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5)

Chris's name should be on the cup.

Maybe we should contact the NHL Front Office and pitch the idea to the league. Each year the league champion will get to select one non-participant member that helped drive the teams success in winning the Cup. Name this honor after Chris Sutter and have this person's name etched along with the "official" players, coaches, medical staff, etc..that earned their place there. What an honor this would be.

I don't. Down Syndrome brings so many happy people into the world. However many bad results can come, they are happier than anyone and light up a room when they walk in.
